Technician 1: Where shall we put the weak point on our robot, because they need one for some reason? Technician 2: How about the HEAD? There's no way that would be the first thing aimed at!
“The war torn streets tutorial…” me blinking after several hours in underground dungeons and just now getting to the surface, ‘I haven’t even gotten to the tutorial yet?’ FML
Mandalore, if you ever read this please please release the "I've got a bone to pick with you" clean audio. Literally every clip of it either has gunshots, or ambient noise or you talking over it. I just wanted to shit post and make a sound pack with only the PiD skeleton sound changed but now it has been 3 hours and I have watched every video again for like the 5th time to see if it ever plays without background audio. I have the tools, I know what sound to replace, all I need is the audio and I'm so tired.
I was today years old when I discovered that one of my favourite actress (Charlotte Rampling) voiced a video game! And it's insane and unplayable! F* me!
This game got so dumb by the end. The end broke my brain when I realized I was going to use the ID tag to get the guns to shoot Te'ah. Why did the guns wait until I threw the tag? Having your final puzzle completely break it's own established logic is a real choice. On top of that, why does a ship full of cloning facilities and artificial wombs need to kidnap people and force-breed women? How does this multi-billion dollar enterprise have THREE different mad scientists on board, and apparently zero security?
... Is morgan wearing a garter belt and fishnet tights? Anyway My quite-mediocre-but-fond-memory game from my childhood is the adventure game "Secrets of the Luxor". It's basically a mist like where you play a guy working for a certain doctor osiris who found this pyramid that have ancient secrets, but the military took over but you manage to infiltrate to understand it's secrets, turns out the egyptians had this magical obelisk of power thingy and built scifi technological wonders never seen elsewhere with it and you have to get it but it turns out doctor osiris is evil, snatches it and builds a dystopian future where he rules and you time travel to stop him and it just... goes places at the end lol. It's the only really memorable part of the game, the rest has cool background art and music but is mostly tedious.
38:17 What's that game? Based on what mandalore is saying and the fact that the dude on screen is saying please, I can guess the story is going to go somewhere interesting.
Caliban is a Shakespearean character; the son of a witch, half human half abomination. The only denizen of the island "not honoured with a human shape"
@Neon-Z12 I mean, I still like the logo as even today it looks very modern. And the name Marathon really fits what the new game wants to be, calling the players for "runners". It feels like Bungie was like "Hmmm, this thing from a few years ago looks pretty dope. Why not just, do it now instead" lmao
I don't think the Taidan orbital weapon is that far fetched. I could have just been some politician or noble or whatever, grandstanding to get public support. "Under my control our military will wipe out the Higarans. We'll build a cage they can never escape from." etc. etc. etc. Then when he actually got the support, he was like: "Oh crap..." And had to make good on his (very expensive) promise.

Ironically this could have benefited from Resident Evil style frozen locations transitioning between battlegrounds/points of interest
The westwood dune game was my first rts, where you had to put in a question from the manual so you dont have a pirated copy lol

3 minutes in and just by watching the video I already want the main character to SHUT THE HELL UP!

.... Legion: the legend of excallibur is on there. Having watched the review of that now; 6 years later; i have to ask: who was asking for that?
When will Mystery of the Druids 2 come out?
The keepers?? As in a thief who finds things for keepers? Finders keepers?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I'm losing my mind!
Early Lithtech games were absolute nightmares
This much edge could split an atom.
Ah yes, the first early access that scammed me.
Are the factions and lore just a giant metal fatigue reference?
I’ve met people like Haze, I hate people like Haze.
I might have to get into this series judging by your reviews.
I played Roblox maps that were basically this. For free. In like...2011, maybe earlier. Ooof.

Thorin Oakenshields forgotten weapon was a WWI railroad cannon i see haha
There's just one thing I NEED to know. Why does Haze's father look like that?
This makes me hyped up for the new Marathon game Bungie is working on

its not related at all to this story tho. Fans were kinda pissed about the franchise name being used
Genius. Not u. The game 😂
If they make a Dead Space 3 remake I hope they have all the cut content that was supposed to be in the game at launch
Who’s here because it’s a PS Plus Game for October? Are you downloading it?
Man, some of the soaring, alien orchestral music reminds me of Halo or Metroid, and that can only ever be a compliment
Haunted by a string orchestra haha
she call me destiny the way I'm workin-my-cack-in-'er, call that a pathway into darkness.
19:13 I CANT man. The dial-up sound into all that is just too much
you should have mentioned there is no combat balance past act 2
Bro ain't simp for no body!!
The Gachimuchi sounds being in every single review is causing me psychic damage. Please never stop.
This is the only game my girlfriend played on GameCube and I’ve been looking for it to play with her but no luck, it seems like an amazing game lol
