I love how people forget these shots he’s made. Saying hes not clutch just because he lost in 2016 when he didnt have his best defenders and he came off an injury earlier in the playoffs. We take this man for granted. He is one of the most special players the nba has seen and everyone diminishes his greatness. When he retires people will remember how great he is but thats a little too late. His legacy was ruined because of lebron in 2016 and Kd now. Earlier in 2016 everyone was saying how Steph curry was the best player in the world. Just because he lost that narrative changed. Now people think you are crazy if you say that. He still is the best player in the world. He always was.

EDIT: My mate raged so hard after the game. Even before the shot hit the rim he was like "You gotta guard him! You are even with 5 seconds left, and you leave him open... Thunder always do this man,...etc"

I would triple team him at the end of the game. You just cannot let him even get the ball beyond the half court line. I’d rather let someone else shoot a wide open shot to win the game, then allow Steph to shoot a well contested shot. I remember the NCAA tourney where he carried his team, literally....to the Elite 8, losing to 1 seed Kansas by two. He wasn’t a big man. Shooting ability, a willingness to shoot the ball from anywhere effectively, it doesn’t go away. Cannot believe he fell that far in the draft.

I've been watching nothing but Jordan videos, so that's where I'm coming from. Curry would not have survived the NBA in those days. He would've gotten badly beaten up on every play. With that being said, he's a great shooter, and I'm glad he's in the league today.

And he isn't just throwing up wild shots or " please go in" type shots. He knows exactly what he is doing. He does it too often for them to be lucky. Defenses have no idea how to guard him. Having to guard someone 40 to 50 feet or farther from the basket has never had to be done before. It just didn't happen. You have to challenge him or he will kill you. NBA fans are being cheated while he sits out with his broken hand.
