My cousin actually has this. He’s about 15-16. He can’t hear well but he’s smart and he’s been through a whole lot. He’s also a pretty good artist. I haven’t seen him in a while so I hope he’s doing well!
I feel sorry he is a strong boy
He has a beautiful soul. His parents should be proud to have such a brave, kind, and strong child.
Yo bud, God bless you, you are a champion and a warrior, keep up and never give up, you are amazing buddy
Everything I'm about to say may sound off base and cliche, but whatever. People in the comments complaining about the parents and how they acted/reacted. It's easy to say anyone is cute that you don't need to tend to 24/7. I'm sure most can understand their shock when he was first born, plus realizing the trials ahead of them as well. When they say a normal child, they easily could've meant being seen and treated as a normal child and not somebody with physical issues by his peers from others, not so much their own sentiments. The only thing I dislike about what was said is him not being a normal child. I know that sounds contradictory, but it's true. No matter how someone looks, or feels and acts, they're just another person, just like Nathaniel is just another child. His looks bear no weight as to who he is as a person. So assuming they questioned it themselves, then yeah. That's not right.
This litterly is the kid from wonder besides his attitude
Other than the fact that the kid looks different he seems to be not suffering any major health challenges. Seems like he will grow up strong and wise.
My god these parents are total bitch and horrible people. Yes you wanted a "normal" child and that's why you all tried for a second baby, not because you wanted another child but because you wanted a porcelain doll like child. yes your child's face made you cry. yes jacob made motherhood easy for you, and Nathaniel didn't. but do you have to say all that on TV for them to be recorded forever. if that's your reaction in front of the camera, i don't even want to imagine how you deal with your "face that made me cry" boy and "porcelain face" boy.
Dear parents, you need to be thankful of him despite him having that special conditions since born. I'm saying this because having a normal child doesn't mean it would have been better. Raise him with love, don't compare him with others because he's special. He's born to be special because God loves him more than any other normal people. Cherish him while you can, because you're raising an angel.
Kid:calls him a monster Me:calls him a angel
He looks like Thomas train Thomas train is cute
A real life inspiration , keep going Nathanial u are a beautiful person inside and out , people are just ignorant to what u went and are going through, surround yourself with good people like your wonderful brother who had your back! You are tha man Nathan !
He’s very well-spoken for an eleven-year-old. I guess being different makes you mature a lot faster than everyone else.
I love the way he looks his mom doesn’t I guess
this kid is literally the rj palacios wonder in real life. (id be your fren)
I send love from Poland to Auggie♥You are superhero!
But he doesn’t look that bad!!! Like August from the book wonder by RJ palacio, He says “I won’t describe what your thinking, whatever your thinking, it’s probably worse” He looks WAY better than I expected...
Jacob is a real homie. The parents are kinda mean about their son
I fell sad for the kid
August Pullman in real life
I don't think Nathaniel looks so bad. He's actually kind of cute. His strength of personality and self acceptance is commendable. Just a regular boy.
BEST KID EVER!! And Elizabeth Vargas is amazing!! Love this little guy!! Bullies will get karma for sure.
This little boy has been through so much in his young life Bless his heart I think he's Precious in Gods eyes & everyone elses eyes Isn't the Movie called "Wonder" with Julia Roberts based on this little boys life ?
He lives in new york, has treacher collins. ok real life auggie
Why does the corner says to 2020
Like si vienen de la pelicula wonder
I think he is adorable.
Worst parents ever
Me gustaría tener un amigo haci saludo de Argentina ❤👍🥰🇦🇷
This kid is an instpiration
He is like oggy
5:40 he says he likes it. that made me cry, i’m so happy he’s happy with himself
I just love him ❤️ he seems like a great kid to be around. But he is so cute and makes me cry everytime but all I can do is smile
I’m the youngest of 2 sister and 1 brother. My middle sister had special problems when we were kids. She couldn’t read, write, talk, spell, and has severe Dyslexia. Like Jacob I had to be the big sibling growing up. I would go up and I would defend my sister if anyone tried to bully her. Jacob you are a good little brother to your big brother.
I think he looks sooo cute!! Even the boy who played Nathaniel in the movie Wonder, Jacob Tremblay, and he was wearing makeup!! He is beautiful with is condition and all! I would LOVE for him to be my brother!!! He is adorable!💕💕🥺
I have 13
Am I the only one who has read the book about this it is called Normal if anyone wants to read it
@Turbojet 1 Haha. Nice, I live in Gastonia, NC
Yes I would like him as a friend.
High school kids are teasing him??????? They should know better than that!
You can tell Sam wasn't thrilled about meeting Nathaniel.
OMFG That TRAMPOLINE PARK LOOKS LIKE SKYZONE IN ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, I LUV THAT PLACE AND WHEN I SAW THE DODGEBALL PLACE IT LOOKED EXACTLY LIKE SKYZONE’s DODGEBALL PLACE,!
Its okay to be different lil bro
The mom is disgusting
The dad even so. "when Jacob came out wow his face was perfect like a porcelain doll" . I mena really who says that on camera for millions of people to hear.
Ohmygawhtfwzsrzsdz the hair is soo curlyyy
You could tell the kids weren't thrilled about meeting Nathaniel. You can't force the kids to be friends with him.
You should really Reading a book called the wonder kid it shows a boy that has something similar I think and goes to life as a normal kid. Your boy is really amazing he is a wonderful boy or other say Wonder kid. And you could tell him that there are people out there who wouldn’t understand but that’s OK once you understand and you love yourself all that matters your parents love you and your family loves you and soon enough been by being yourself will give you friends that can and will except you the way you are you are amazing kid no matter what you look like right
is this the kid wonder was based off of.
In the movie his name was auggie but yes it was based of him but also for other kids like him to bring awareness
Bless u all Thank u two for not throwing him away. Some parents would have And u all are so sweet ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
They made a movie about him and its called wonder, you should watch it guys
Why he look like that
How do people think he is cute??
bro if that mom doesn’t want him, I’ll gladly take him and give him all the love he needs
I feel bad for those parents
Wonder good and wonder forever
Wtf gave this a thumbs down smh
Was this the inspiration to Wonder
Not about looks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He looks like that kid from the movie wonder
I’M SO AISIAN MY EYES ARE SO NARROW
Nathaniel's mom setting him up on play dates won't help him make friends.
Why would they introduce Nathaniel to Sam?
It sounded like they were trying to get Sam and Nathaniel to be friends. That's not going to help Nathaniel because Sam probably felt guilty about becoming friends with him
Everyone is saying that the parents aren’t being grateful and what not, but how would you feel if you were put in the situation thy were in? You wouldn’t be Abel to breast feed, bathing is a daily challenge, and along with the mountains of medical bills. They want a normal child, and any other parent would want a normal child as well. They do love him, which is why they put too much money into him, causing problems to the family.
shaoni banerjee , they loved him enough to not go through an abortion. Remember, how many surgeries did this kid go through? A lot, which shows how much dedication and effort goes through this. They’ve been through hell though, and this kid knows that’s he has to. But I understand your point.
@Bread Crumbs well they certainly have a peculiar way of showing their love. In another part, the father called him a non human like in front of the reporter and all. yup if that's not love then i don't know what is
shaoni banerjee it’s true tho, and he knows that, he’s well aware of that, but they still love him.
I would certainly not beat a drum set and shout on top of my lungs that "we wanted a normal child thats why we tried for a second baby ", " Jacob face was perfect like a porcelain doll", "Nathaniel's face made me cry", "With jacob i realized how easy and amazing motherhood is". Like c'mon, seriously, you are saying these on National TV for all to hear and recorded forever. have some compassion parents
When I saw the movie "Wonder" I instantly fell in love & how cruel ppl can be made me cry. Watching Auggie get bullied & overcome that & make friends was so inspirational that more ppl should not be so quick to judge & that ppl, any person, ppl who may look different than us still have feelings! Who an I to judge? There were so many things that made me laugh & cry. This young man, Nathaniel, seems to accept what he looks like but it is children's cruelty that is hard to watch. The hardest thing to watch is not a child bullying but to see adults bullying! Then it makes me wonder why would you teach your children to treat ppl that way? to watch an adult treat a child badly! The adults are often bigger bully's than the children! & when I see these things happen, now I know where the child get's it from!
He looks like the dad
He can be related to Movie call Wonder.. such a strong boy
Anyone else watching this right after watching wonder again?
To me looks don't matter it matters what the person is in the inside he is nice he shouldn't be bullied or called bad names by anyone including his parents so you shouldn't bully people who's looks are bad
While we worry about minor personal grievances and normal, everyday inconveniences..
Vay ve kitapta yüzünün şeklini çok abartarak tanıtmış hiçee mide bulandırıcı değil
This boy is based on a book auggie and I
You are beautiful inside and out! Jesus loves you man
He handsome everyone is equal
Dose he know he is in a series.
Why were they trying to arrange a play date? It seemed like they were trying make them be friends with Nathaniel?
I remember watching this when I was like 12 and I had the biggest crush on him omg
What’s surprising is he takes all this very well, he knows he’s different but he doesn’t care, that’s what makes him special.
I keep seeing these plug things around the necks of some disabled people (like at 5:50). Could somebody please explain to me what that is and what it does?
I like this kid
HEY PARENTS IT'S NOT THE CHILD'S FAULT THAT HE'S BORN WITH TCS!! HE IS SUFFERING TOO, IT'S NOT THE TIME FOR FAVOURITISM. LOVE YOUR CHILDREN EQUALLY PLS. :(
this reminds me of wonder 😥
This reminds me of the movie WONDER.....
this lady asked the kid too many questions, god why do u look different how do u look different are u mad when they call u monster do u like it when they call u monster how does it make u feel when they call u monster
I guess the moms going to have a favorite
Sweet little guy he is a handsome little boy ..
I wonder if stem-cell grown tracheas and whatnot can be grown, for children like this, so that they can have a simpler breathing scenario... jeez, wonderful kid here, but If I was the mother I'd be TERRIFIED of him getting a cold! I'm really glad he enjoys himself hough.
This is the real auggie
He has his own movie i should be happy I cried in this movie
You should see people without tongues am one of them and I get bullied .-.
If u don't know wonder boy the movie was based of him😊
Screw the parents
Omg don’t laugh at him
Stay strong kid. You are beautiful and don’t let anyone tell you you’re not
