@ZyraxOG It won’t just blow if shot. In fact, you can set it on fire and without a charge, it will not blow.
@ZyraxOG C4 cant be denotated by gunshot, dropping it on the floor or even when set on fire. As it is relatively insensitive, it can only be detonated by shockwave from the detonator
Bonus fact about that c4 shot out of the hand trick, if you shoot it while someone is in any vehicle, it will instantly blow them up, no matter what car or tank you’re in

cigs are bullet proof due to their physics . they are the second smallest object in the game with physical attributes that are not a png. Given that their hit box is so small and their use so obscenely lacking their would be no use in giving them breaking attributes. also all the bugs that would come of doing so would never be worth the nightmare.

I think the reason for number 1 working ( I might be wrong here) is probably because of the dead man walking mission in the story where you jump out of the window and survive so maybe they made it to where the dumpsters won't hurt players I could be completely wrong though.
the C4 myth was probably one of the first things i learned in GTA 5, you either get told by another player or have ur C4 shot out ur hand by the BS john wick NPCs
