      Not to be a wet blanket, because TXT's talent really is amazing, but I think the reason might be due in part to the fact that they're singing with their Korean accents, and the accent is heavy enough that even though the entire song is English, we can't tell unless we're listening carefully. It's not just TXT - I hear this with other Kpop groups who do English releases as well (e. g. BTS). I'd bet that if a group of idols whose first language is English covered this song, it would be very clear that this is supposed to be an English song. Again, not trying to be an anti or anything - TXT is awesome, but they're only human too!
