Do NOT Make Oleksandr Usyk Angry! Crazy Precision and Knockouts

čas přidán 27. 02. 2024
Oleksandr Usyk has already written his name in history by collecting all the cruiserweight belts. But he didn't stop there and soared to the very top of the royal division. Now is the right time to take a closer look at his boxing journey in both the amateur and professional rings.

  • I’m a fan. These last few years Usyk has really grown on me and I can’t help but have massive amounts of respect for the guy. Def my fav current boxer

  • I had a temper problem as a teenager and so my Dad took me to a boxing camp . I wrongly assumed that it was so I could take out frustrations on other competitors. I discovered that to lose your temper in the ring is going to get you beaten , at least if you are untrained and boxing someone who isn't. I learned something about discipline. Aaron Pryor came to the camp and told us about his life in boxing and on the streets, which was pretty awesome. He taught us so much about boxing and about life , how making bad decisions will ruin you no matter how talented you are . He was almost blind but he was still pretty young so watching him move around the ring was very cool. I hope Usyk continues to have success. He is an incredible athlete, a good man and he deserves all the praise in the world

  • Usyk isn't just an entertaining fighter, he's an entertaining character with a great sense of humour and attitude.

    • But you wouldn't like him if he's angry!

    • @@michaelb2388 oh yeah, I wouldn't get in the ring with him, that's the thing with fighters though, who they are in the ring isn't necessarily who they are outside of it.

    • He's feel. He's really really feel.

    • And a work ethic that compares with Rocky Marciano. Usyk practices holding his breath underwater for three minutes at a time for 12 simulated rounds. I've never heard of anyone doing that regimen before.

  • "If i had won with a knockout, i wouldnt have revised my actions" is an amazing quote. It means that sometimes you need things to be difficult so you can learn wat you're doing wrong

    • Its called adapting wtf. The statement also makes no sense, if a knockout would have occurred then of course you don’t need to revise the actions unless you can time travel and want to win a different way? If he was saying he had to change tactics during fight then thats simply adapting. This is seriously one of the goofiest quotes I have ever heard.

  • So pleased to see not only ko's everyone's seen, but also a story and amature fights

  • We ❤love the man from Ukraine , he has great human nature 👍 🌹

  • I enjoy your story telling style. The narration, the tidbits, the asides ... Everything gets nicely woven together and enhances the fight footage. Keep up the good work.✌️😁

    • Yepp. Super professional and very engaging reportage

    • but he calls chenko chenka.

    • @@mmareviewer.2372 I do not care. Americans call Porsche a Porscha...lol. so what is your point?

  • He come back with the gold 🥇 and his father was already in coffin. He put his medal in his hand and says here it is....my god...what a destiny.... everything is earned....

  • Broke my heart when he had to put his gold medal in his passed father's hands and say here it is,broke my heart man., Strong very strong brother and obviously a nice bloke mate,God Bless You brother.

  • I agree with El Doc - you guys put together a really good presentation - thank you. I'm an unashamed huge fan of the Ukraining boxing style - based on combinations, body movement, footwork and non-stop thinking and adjusting BUT - Tyson Fury is big and skilled and he's got a big ticker - Rabbit v Bear. I'd love to see Usyk retire as the unified undisputed heavy weight champion, it's a big big mountain to climb - good luck Oleksandr.

  • Usyk is ALL class and talent!

  • he is a real fighter, he sees more than an ordinary person, his body has two brains, he is a Rock 💖🍀

  • usyk is slowly becoming my favorite boxer of all time , he defnitely wins on personality but if he keeps it up he gets into GOAT convo

  • This is an amazing story of his career. Getting Joshua from the throne and going after Tyson Fury too. May God bless him and grant him strength.

    • Fury won't fight him, cos Fury is a fraud.

    • @@johncgw4011 why is fury a fraud?

    • @@Thz333 Because he talks about fighting "any man any time any place" and then he ducks. He"s full of shit.

    • @@johncgw4011 so whos usyk gonna go after then?

    • @@Thz333 Not sure. He wants Fury but Fury is waffling as usual. Despite all the hype, take a step back and look at what Fury's career is like. The win against Wlad, in a fight that neither threw a punch, and he's beaten Wilder, who has beaten nobody. He also has two very dubious 'sins' on his resume. John MacDermott got robbed, and there's a case to be made for Otto Wallin. I'm not saying he deserved to lose to Wallin, but I am saying that he is not this amazing superstar that he spouts like he is. Him and his Dad are salesepeople, and just like that salesman Trump fooled millions by just saying words, there's no substance beneath the words. Fury ducked AJ twice, he's a fraud. Now he's waffling about fighting Usyk. It's a shame, because maybe he is great, but we just don't know yet, cos the guy is so risk averse.

  • Thank you. I hadn't realised just how good Usyk was until I saw this.

  • The fact that Beterviev offered such equal fights to Usyk despite his size disadvantage is nuts. Most dangerous at 176 right now.

    • 174

    • Usyk is a cat, and Beterbiev is a bull; great clash of styles.

    • 174 1/2

    • Now I'm confused, I'll just call it heavyweight

    • Good point, but I believe that Beterbiev will be the underdog when he meets Dimitry Bivol in a Light Heavyweight unification match that any boxing fan won't want to miss.

  • The way Usyk move is impressive 😳

  • Your commentary is great. You know your boxing. Nice one mate.

  • Breidis came very close. I had that fight scored 7-5 in favor of Usyk. These videos should show how great of a fighter Usyk is by defeating such level of opposition in the cruiserweight division and becoming the undisputed champion.

  • Usyk and lomochenko are thee 2 best matrix boxers, to ever step into a ring...just magic.

    • What about Parnell Whittaker, pretty sure he was the first and best Matrix style boxer

    • @@jond4328 I think there are three great matrix boxers besides Usyk, They are Pernell Whitaker, Floyd Mayweather, and Nicolino Locche, former Welterweight Champion of the world from Argentina. Watch Locche's bouts on CS-tv to get a glimpse of unreal defensive boxing. Locche could make opponents miss in a phone booth.

    • Floyd's movement though

    • Loma is better than Usyk. Loma has actually fought decent opponents.

  • Usyk is the best boxer ever!😍 Fantastic !

  • BRAVO un très grand champion very good certainely the best off the world

  • Usyk is up there with the best boxers of all time. His speed, skill, patience, persistence and knockout power make him a fantastic alrounder.

    • He isn't.

    • @@markcynic808 You are.

    • @@markcynic808 HE IS

    • @@freedom4life123 No, he most certainly is not.

    • Don't forget his unreal stamina. His best rounds are the championship rounds when his opponents are usually gassed from chasing Usyk and missing their punches at the ultra-elusive Usyk. Usyk also has fantastic head movement. He has a 6th sense for feeling incoming blows that cause his opponents to miss by an inch.

  • To become undisputed in cruzer Usyk needed to beat 3 undefined champions which is unique

  • one of the best video.. thank you.. enjoyed so much

  • one of our generations greatest sportsmen

  • Usyk a humble guy. He loves boxing.

  • 'The British fella' Usyk is such a boss and I think it goes greatly to Bellew (what a fighter) for those words to be said.

  • Brilliantly done video. I really enjoyed this. Thank you

  • Gassiev fight was one of the craziest ones. Usyk went to fight for all titles to Russia in 2018, the war between Ukraine and Russia was in its 4th year. After winning they quickly evacuated themselves from there. The attire he wore that night speaks for itself. LEGEND!

    • Well, Moscovia was part of Ukraine - Kyiv Rus. A lot of common history... Usyk was born Sevastopol, where russia had big influence always. Usyk had to make his choices...

  • Usyk is a class act, such skill and cardio!!! Also... Berterbiev was amazing, he should have won either/both of those early Usyk bouts.

  • Master of dexterity, foot speed, great jaw, tireless, keeps winning!!!

  • Love his style

  • He's flipping no joke 💪🏻😯

  • Excellent documentary!

  • Great man , one of the greatest fighters. Outstanding, humble , fearless.

  • Ironically Oleksandr "Pillowhands" Usyk easily found most of his opponent's "sleep number"

    • While Usyk sacrifices some of his power for speed and accuracy, he has more power than you think.

    • @@NewarkBay357no he doesn't

  • I've been a major fan of boxing since the 1950s and have seen the best of the best. However, I have to say that at no time were the prospects more talented and outright devastating, not to mention, absolutely exciting as they are now! I mean, the power of Deonte Wilder and the technique of Usyk are just some examples of a terrific field of boxers! Thanks for bringing boxing back to the place it belongs!

    • Hilding three belts you are kot a prospect, tf u talkong 'bout

  • Awesome Guy. Great Vid.

  • I feel anatoly lomachenko is underappreciated by boxing fans as a trainer. You can see the similarity in style with usky and loma. Fine-tuned them both into machines

    • Vassily and Alexandra, Both tremendous fighters, under the same trainer. Anatoly Lomachenco. What a combo. Good to see respectful fighters at the end of fights. LOve them.

  • I Adore this man! Usyk = G.O.A.T

  • Yeah champ.. undefeated...USYK

  • Really enjoyed the breakdown, just one slight correction. It's not Lomachenka, it's Lomachenko :)

  • Because of Usyk & Lomachenko many boxer take dancing classes 😁

  • Pretty sad that Tyson Fury is calling out A.J instead of trying to make the unification fight with Usyk

    • The only benefit is that after Tyson makes quick work of AJ, he would have only one man left to fight and that would be Usyk.

    • That's because Fury wants no part of Usyk!!! Fury is not a fool!🤔🤨🧐😊👍

    • Usyk wanted time off to let injuries heal. Fury is just biding time looking for an easy fight until next March when the undisputed takes place and he'll get to knock out Usyk the Small.

    • @@jjones9822 Joyce is his only contender. Usyk is a pushover.

  • Usyk is the man😮

  • Usyk looks like Ivar the boneless, that evil Psycho Viking on Amazon prime TV series Vikings 😂

  • Usyk really fights like a male cat. Many false blows (without claws) dexterity of movements, etc. At the same time, when necessary, it can explode (bite in the neck). Amazing boxer. I would really like to see him against the "gypsy" Fury or against the "killer" Wilder.

    • That's Usyk's nickname as if you didn't know.

  • Great production

  • I'd love to see a fight with fury

  • He had the crazy face even as a kid XD

  • Great fight !

  • his stamina is off the chart

  • Really good video!

  • No wonder Fury does not want to fight Usyk, he remembers what "little" Cunningham did to him and he would think he is surrounded fighting the "little" middleweight Usyk, as Fury calls him

  • GREAT VIDEO can't wait to see what this joker will do next. Fury may get all he wants and then some he doesn't.

  • My new fave boxer 😅

  • it would be good to see him and fury cant wait,, not long now

  • thank you.

  • Id love to see Fury vs Usyk, epic matchup.

    • EASY WIN FOR USYK

    • It won't be entertaining. Usyk running away for a few rounds before his inevitable destruction.

    • @@freedom4life123 I disagree.... Although Usyk was able to out box Joshua over the twelve round distance, i believe Fury is a better boxer than Joshua and he has shown he's able to adjust his game plan during a fight if needs be, unlike Joshua! I think if Fury and Usyk fought each other Fury would probably use a very similar game plan as he did against Steve Cunningham. He'd fight like a big man, leaning on the smaller Usyk, putting his weight on him. Mauling Usyk in the clinches and pushing and pulling him around! Until an exhausted Usyk eventually succumbed and knocked out in one of the final rounds!

    • @@weedyp I think that you're correct about what Fury will attempt to do, except that Usyk is leagues above Steve USS Cunningham, who was a Cruiserweight Champion. Getting Usyk exhausted is next to impossible. Fury has a better chance of scoring a 1st Round KO than getting Usyk fatigued. Nobody, except maybe Rocky Marciano, has ever had the cardio that Usyk possesses. Didn't Cunningham knock Tyson Fury down? That indicates that Fury has problems with guys wh are quick, and Usyk makes Cunningham look like a sloth.

    • @@NewarkBay357 👍 True! Usyk is indeed a better boxer than Steve Cunningham, i agree sir! And although Usyk does have great cardio, this cannot be doubted..... he's still human and could be worn down if Fury was capable of doing what he did against Cunningham! But having said that......I think we can both agree that it won't be possible against a mover like Usyk! He doesn't stay still long enough for Fury to trap him against the ropes to do that stuff! 👍 I hope they fight though...... it'd be very intriguing to see such a big man against such a small heavyweight!

  • Most excellent coverage & commentary - & you pronounced *LOMA-CHENK-AW* correctly! Finally!

    • What are you talking about? That is incorrect pronunciation.

  • Good Cruiserweight! Let's see if he can mix it with the real big boys! (PS Joshua actually beat himself twice!).

  • 100% class act

  • Usyk is probably one of the greatest heavyweights in history. His two defeats of Joshua were a masterclass in boxing, guts and strategy. Joshua will never be the same after those fights. As for Fury v. Usyk, a mouthwatering encounter awaits!!

    • Couldn't agree more. I actually rate him already as the best Heavyweight in history. Usyk will solidify my rating when he beats Fury.

  • I feel like Usky hase more skill than Fury overall as a boxer over Fury and I'm not trying to hate on Joshua, but I feel like he needed more time as a boxer. I always felt his speed was a weakness, same as the bronze bomber. In sure I would get my head taken off if I faced them so again I'm not looking to demean their work.

    • Obviously, 99.9% of men would get their heads knocked off by any elite Boxers, including Lightweights. There is an incident where Joltin Jeff Chandler, who was the Bantamweight Champion (118 lbs.) of the world got into a brawl at a nightclub and knocked out over a dozen bouncers. Usyk has had over 350 amateur bouts in addition to his 21 pro bouts, plus innumerable rounds of sparring. That's why he has so many great accomplishments, including winning his first World Title after just 8 bouts. Usyk has an undefeated pro record against mostly top-flight opposition. Usyk has had more than enough time as a boxer in the ring since the age of 15.

    • @@NewarkBay357 actually, spending too much time as an amateur is a massive minus in the pros. Plenty of hall of fame amateurs stayed at that level for too long and it stunted their growth as pros - Ty Biggs, Henry Tillman and Jorge Luis Gonzalez come to mind. The rules and training are just vastly different and one has to un-learn a lot of habits that worked as an amateur but would get you killed as a pro. Clearly that hasn’t happened with Usyk, but there is absolutely no cause and effect relationship between Usyk’s 350 amateur fights and his success as a pro.

    • @Philip Matsikoudis well we don't know each other, so in that case, you don't know me or what I could do what I have in my minerals. Thanks for your reply tho.
