@Red Hakiim not sure if one of those exploders sacs equals to an RPG, but i would argue about the "fly like Iron Man", most of the time he uses those Jet Boots has been in Zero Gravity or to move quite fast in a mostly linear direction, so it has a liytle of maneuverability.

Correction: Isaac is actually 53 according to the collector's edition for Dead Space 3, but yeah. Everything else is spot on. Plus, the fact that he's destroyed 2 Markers indirectly and directly if that makes sense, mainly because the first Marker he technically destroyed, he brought it back to Aegis 7 and the Meteor destroyed both as he escaped after he killed the Hivemind. Only in Dead Space 2 did he actually destroy the Site 12 Marker, the same one he created when he was one of EarthGov's test subjects since he was discovered after the Aegis 7 incident. He also defeated all types of Regenerators and The Nexus to go with the ones he killed.

Issac Clarke crushes Gordon with his use of better weaponry including his use of Kinesis and and stasis mods in his suit. Also, Issac's suit gets upgraded throughout the game to include more defensive capabilities. Isaac freezes Gordon with stasis, and then kenesis to either impale him with an sharp object.
Are you forgetting Gordon's Half life 1 weapons? The Gluon Gun would rip Isaac apart at the atomic level.

@Gumdropbuttons One good weapon doesn’t compare to Isaac’s multiple good weapons. + him just being faster, stronger, more durable, etc.
Personally prefer Dead Space, but pretty sure Freeman would win. The tau canon and gluon guns are just more powerful than anything Isaac has. Like seriously, even if Isaac's suit resists radiation, that doesn't mean it is immune to it. Not to mention in game it doesn't even really say Dead Space's suits even fight off radiation very well. The best I can find is they were designed for "mild protection from hazardous environments". It doesn't at all say he can remain in space indefinitely.
Things not mentioned for Isaac: Supercharge Kinesis Pads. If Gordon gets the Super Gravity Gun, Isaac can have his too, which were also plot specific, but his allowed him to rip elite necromorphs apart, and move statues as huge as skyscrapers. The javelin gun is capable of shooting with enough force and speed to launch someone 100 meters, and stick to a steel wall (this is an achievement/trophy) Stasis is essentially a localized time bubble that is inflicted on whoever is in the blast radius of the shot. Isaacs stomps are strong enough to completely crush reinforced bone and his punches can knock off heads. The contact beam is essentially the gluon gun Isaac is strong enough to rip necromorphs apart wit his bare hands when winning a struggle (see infector, puker, slasher) Isaac can use Kinesis to return rockets and grenades launched at him The RIG can store full heal medkits and stasis packs, and has 25 inventory slots in total, including weapons and ammo.
I really think people overestimate Isaac's armor. The guy gets stabbed by human bones all the time. If the guy can be pierced by something weak like that, he's definitely going down to a superheated rebar crossbow capable of passing clean through futuristic alien military armor. Not to mention the antimatter balls, the OHKO super gravity gun and the suffocating/blinding pheropods (and that's just in HL2). I think Gordon has way more instant-win tools at his disposal and Isaac just doesn't have access to any of his crazy feats in gravity. Lifting a rock is much easier when you don't have gravity holding it down. I also wonder why no one brought up Gordon's summons? He can deploy Snarks, alien bees and Antlions to fight his enemies. Plenty to distract Isaac and his Home Depot arsenal.
Necromorph blades are not just human bones. Like the suit gets completely covered in metal pieces, they are something way more than just regular bones or the random soldiers would be essentially invulnerable to it necromorphs. At minimum, the necromorph virus does change how the body creates bones to make them way more durable. Not sure about dead space 1 but at least in two you can launch the limbs of dead necromorphs and they will easily pierce into metal walls so must be stronger than metal made to sustain life in space.
@TrixyTrixter While Clarke does have a bunch of metal on him, the suit is definitely not completely covered. Most of his surface area is just protected by what seems to be thick rubber or some other flexible material like that. For the claws sticking into metal walls, I don't know how those work. All I know is the creators saying "the entirety of the Necromorph is comprised of re-purposed organic parts from a previous host or hosts” after stating the claws are bone and tentacles intestines.
@Grimmeshy I've actually done a bit of a look into this and the necromorph virus makes the bodies and bones of the necromorph's extremely hot and gives them immense strength. Supposedly these things are swings super heated blades at you with super-human strength, which would explain why they can so easily tear through even metal.

So, yes. Bones. They've been stated to have super-strength, but bone is bone. They don't change the molecular makeup of calcium. If they did have that power, why bother staying with the ineffective human form?

While I like the idea of Gordon against Isaac. I feel like a telepath or someone that can enter minds would be a fun fight. Just imagine they enter Isaac's mind and then he has to fight them like he does in the game's it would be cool to show off his resistance to psychic attacks.

isaac’s telekinesis is he able to pull things that have resistance. also HIS TELEKINESIS IS LIMITED. and he has to choose between stasis like idk his limits. in comparison to the gravity gun probably has limits too.
Kinesis is not limited it has a distance it works under but he never runs out. Stasis however is limited and that can run out.
@Yarution The Breaker but even then, Isaac usually keeps one or two stasis recharges with 2-3 good uses each. And he only needs to hit Gordon once with it to get a killing blow in
I was going to say, Gordon points the Gravity gun on Isaac only for Isaac to either pull in the gun out of Gordon's hands or he just crushes it enough to be unusable
On the topic of survival horror shooters: System Shock 2 protag would be sick to see an episode on. Imagining an episode where the fighting is blended with segments of the characters maneuvering around the space station they’re on trying to plan out their attack and manage their resources properly
On the subject of *System Shock*, I've seen some suggestion for SHODAN vs XANA (from *Code Lyoko*).

@Sar I've seen SHODAN vs GLaDOS, too, and wouldn't mind it at all (let's face it, there can BE no better banter than between those two). XANA usually gets brought up as a possibility, from what I gather, because he has more esoteric stuff like SHODAN gets in System Shock 2.

If its composite Gordon he absolutely shitstomps Issac, you have to remember that he'd have the supercharged HEV suit and supercharged gravity gun, the HEV suit gains an additional 100 armor, and with just the gravity gun alone, Gordon stormed the upper part of the citadel and was literally getting hordes of the strongest possible combine guards thrown at him, ones with physical augmentation to preform better then average humans. And he beat all of them with one weapon because of how utterly busted the supercharged gravity gun is, its previously very weak primary fire (takes multiple hits to kill a headcrab people) basically hits people with a railgun like bolt that instantly kills them, probably frying their brains. The pull radius is increased and basically instantly kills whoever it grabs from probably the whiplash and their bones snapping, the moment Issac tries anything Gordon could just Atomize him with the tau cannon Atomize him with the gluon gun Fire/pull with the supercharged gravity gun

Gordon stomps Isaac, antlions are functionally the same as necromorphs in a fight and Gordon went through multiple swarm scenarios with those unscathed while also contending with the Combine. His combat skills as a regular human are practically unmatched by anyone except maybe Adrian Shephard within the Half Life canon. Not only that but his speed and stamina alone would be enoigh yo decide the match, you can literally continuously sprint and b-hop through all the games and gordon will not even lessen his lethality or weapon accuracy by an inch. He can run circles around canonical cyborg supersoldiers, yet Isaac rarely ever moves faster than a brisk walk. Not only that but canonically Gordon willingly resists the whims of the G-man while Isaac unwittingly does the Marker's bidding for half the first game and spends the rest of his time hallucinating and freaking out

Okay people I wasn't available for the stream but now I am and I want to explain better how do Half-Life's most powerful weapons works (not on a perfect way but better than they were explained in the video) With all this I dont want to create an automatic and magic win for Freeman, I am trying to do a better representation of the most powerful weapons that Gordon Freeman uses so may be he can stand up better fighting Isaac Clarke. First of all pls forget my English It is not my first language! and of course I am not a science guy so if there are contradictions pls let me know. So first of all I am way more Half-Life fan than Dead Space so I do know HL better and from what I investigated Dark Energy do not exists at the Dead Space games so Gordon cant overcharge the suit or the gravity gun since the Dark Energy is what do overcharge them. Now for how the Tau canon works is like this: The Uranium-235 is the ammo yeah but it kinda acts more like the power source of the weapon and the weapon itself shoots Tau particles which as far as I know those are just heavy electrons that are release at a really high speed and the combined with the fact that they are potentially much more highly penetrating than electrons beacuse they have less Bremsstrahlung radiation that electrons so the question here is, can the Clarke's suit stop a Tau particle? they have indeed some Bremsstrahlung radiation but also they are elementary particle with their mass shooted as a proyectile on a high speed to a physic object so for me more than shooting radiation itself it shoots particle which the real subject to talk about here. So which is you opinion about the tau canon and the Clarke's suit? For me from a near 0 knowledge about true scince I think that the particles itselfs can penetrate the suit and hit Clarke directly but idk as they having Bremsstrahlung radiation can be undo when they touch the suit and separete the Tau particles and collapse them so they have no effect or is more like cutting a bullet into 2 pieces and, reflec it may be? The last thing is the Gluon Gun, it also have Uranium-235 as the powersource but the gun itself undo the Gluons and that effect is represented as how the beam itself looks because the beam is how a gluon looks and when it touch something the gluon beam turns into a energy mass thing or may be it is a tiny coherent explosion (idk how to call it) where the gluons of the target are been remove/destroyed so the particles of the target go away since they are no longer attach to each other so it undo matter thats why on Half-life the target turns into nothing more than a few orgarms in a few seconds. This effect in real life con do explosion equivalent to nuclear weapons with targets of a basket ball object been shoot. So may be the Gluon Gun can undo the Clarke´s suit can then undo Isaac itself like you can do at Half-Life. What do you think? Hope this clarify on a better way how Half-life's weapons works! and pls tell me more details about the engineer suit that Isaac uses so I can understand better how all this elements can interact on a better way. and as a side note: a thing I want to dicuss better is that Freeman can use the long jump module all the time so may be he can dogde on a good way Isaac's attacks while firing at him with any weapon and if Isaac shoots the stasis beam or uses the telekinesis may be Gordon can be prepare for that throwing away c4 bombs/snarks to block the stream of energy and having not the risk of a imminet explosion until Clark runs out of stasis energy and having a better opportunity agaisnt him doing a counter for weapon. (for sure on a tradicional death battle video that will be real epic!!!!!)

Jinx would win. The only person in Soul Calibur who uses a gun is Cervantes, and even then its an impractical gun. There's a reason why many pirates of that time carried multiple single-shot flintlocks all over their person. And of course nobody in Soul Calibur uses explosives either.

@عبد الحليم ربيع I don't know anything about Tangsan (or Chinese entertainment at all really) but I believe Sephiroth would be a hard opponent for most anyone. Considering he turns into a biblical angel chimera in his final boss fight and breaks dimensions and all that nonsense

Does anyone know who would be great opponents for Guren/Kallen and Lancelot/Suzaku(Code Geass) and the Swat Kats on Deaths Battle?
Heero Yuy from Gundam Wing seems like a sensible choice for Suzaku--the Knight Frames are very, very obviously inspired by Gundams, although I'm sure someone with more Gundam knowledge could find a better match from that franchise. Some people seem to like him against Armin from Attack on Titan, which makes enough sense to me. To be funny, put him against Berserker Lancelot from Fate/Zero.
The reason why the knightmare frames look so much like tiny mobile suits with powered skates is because they were designed by Sunrise, the animation company that has made almost every giant robot anime in the 80's to the 2000's. Code Geass was basically a joint collab between Sunrise and CLAMP, of Cardcaptor Sakura fame. I wouldn't pit anything from Gundam against them though, not because of the great size difference, but more because mobile suits tend to pack so much heat on their person while also being stupidly fast, nimble, and spacefaring; knightmare frames aren't spaceworthy at all and are quite fragile and expendable in comparison. The fastest machine in the Code Geass world, the Guren Seiten, has only vaguely been stated to be supersonic. Still, how Kallen survives all those g-forces zipping about in-atmosphere is beyond me. I think something more comparable would be like Votoms, Armoured Cores, or the mechs from Knights & Magic. I think I've only ever seen Swat Kats once or twice as a kid, but I do remember that the team's most iconic tool was their aeroplane. With that in mind, I might suggest Science Ninja Team Gatchaman, as they are also known for their superpowered aeroplane.
