Follow Charlie, the princess of Hell, as she pursues her seemingly impossible goal of rehabilitating demons to peacefully reduce overpopulation in her kingdom. After a yearly extermination imposed by angels, She opens a hotel in hopes that patients will be "checking out" into Heaven. While most of Hell mocks her goal, her devoted partner Vaggie, and their first test subject, adult film-star Angel Dust, stick by her side. When a powerful entity known as the "Radio Demon" reaches out to Charlie to assist in her endeavors, her crazy dream is given a chance to become a reality.
Be warned, this project is aimed at older audiences. Badwords and Innuendo galore!!

Everyone’s talking about how great Alastor’s character is, but I want to take a moment to appreciate Charlie’s character. She’s constantly trying to look on the bright side, trying to smile, and her personality is golden. I really liked “Inside Of Every Demon Is A Rainbow” and how it expressed her dreams, and her overall body language is very expressive and very in princess-like.
I also appreciate how in the beginning of the pilot Charlie is seen crying because most of the time she’s optimistic, so my point is I like how they show that Charlie can have other emotions besides being optimistic and happy
I think this does deserve to be addressed in the show (If and when that happens *cough*corpo bastards*cough*). She is not only almost annoying optimistic and positive, she is the only person who really believes rehab can and will work. Vaggie is there because she loves Charlie, Angel is there for the free room, Alastor is there because he wants to laugh at people's fails, and Husk and Niffty were basically voluntold that they were working there. Nobody actually thinks she can pulls this off besides her and maybe her parents but it seems wishy washy. I have a feeling there will be a moment where she calls them all out on their BS and they have to figure out for themselves why they stick around if they don't care.
Yeah, I really like her too. She’s too idealistic which is going to change over the course of the show, I assume.

I really like alastors character. They balanced him in such a way that you just don't know what will happen next. He is terrifying but friendly, chaotic but calm and collected, conniving but spontaneous, even his friends are such a mix between the down on death poker guy and the overly cheerful little girl.

As popular as helluva and hasbin has became it’s a surprise they didn’t make anymore of this
Hazbin Hotel got picked up by A24 shortly after being released and is getting it's own show at some point in the future
After getting picked up by A24 they do a whole season atleast before releasing+there have been some new promos recently. It's safe to say it's coming this year or in a few months.

Alastor reminds me so much of Bill Cipher, in the sense that he's really powerful, a dealmaker, and murders just because. He sees everything as a game or joke. He's really chaotic, unpredictable, and is just really entertaining and funny. His face doesn't change, yet he still has expressions. I probably missed some other similarities. Oh he's also demented.

I love how Alastor has that early 30s theme. It really brings in class and variety into the cast. Especially the transatlantic accent is beautiful. I don’t hear that everyday :)

I love EVERY sound effect alastor makes -- the radio voice is fun enough, but the creaking whenever he turns or moves his head is impeccable. the laugh tracks, the squeaking when he's thrown off... just... best sound design, perfect for a radio demon

He is a Giga Chad and my favorite character.
I love how there are little ticks and bits in Alastor's speaking style that indicate when he died- like after he walks through the door he calls the tv a "picture show" which is a very old term. He also mentions the stock market crash in 1929 which kickstarted the Great Depression, and he talks like he was actually there. Which he was, i think. I'm not sure. He also changes Charlie's outfit during his song to a different style that fits with the fashion eras of the time around then, i think it's like an 80's or 60's style? Not sure. But i like the reference.

Now I'm 19 (and a few months away from turning 20) and have recently began my third semester of college, which includes my first college art class. I can't wait for the show to come out. I came over from helluva boss to finally catch up on lore. I was enjoying the show for the most part but mostly due to my understanding of what I was getting into, but I must say the introduction of alistar really sealed the deal. What a chaotic character.
