  • This is so well done. No shying away from the early career building years, losses and triumphs before turning pro. Hurdles when turning pro, not just highlight reels and glorifying, it shows the tumultuous and hard won evolution in his style and career. I wish they would do something like this for Ali, Mike Tyson, Buster Douglas, Joe Frazier, Oscar De La Hoya, Willie Pep,Jack Dempsey, Manny Pacquiao, Joe Lewis and Especially Rocky Marciano.

    • @Corey Trevor This is what I was going to suggest.

    • Joe Louis

    • True story regarding Mr. Jack Dempsey. It was 1982 and i was on a field trip from western n.y. to n.y.c. for an event as a 14 yr old kid. Was the last kid in the line walking down the street when i heard a load sound to my right, when i looked up there it was the "one and only" Mr. Dempsey and he was so impressed that i immediately recognized him. The building he came out of was a pawn shop and he was there buying coins. He pulled out a beautiful 1888 silver dollar and gave it to me along with his autograph, our family home burned down in 83 so i lost the autograph but i still have the coin and it's one of my most prized possessions. Happy holiday to you and yours.

    • 🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦❤️❤️❤️💪💪

  • This guy has the most insane highlights I've ever seen in kickboxing. What could have been if it weren't for those fouls.

    • for real man holy shit

    • @Aaron Van de Wetering ranking isn't a thing.Mike Tyson is old, doesn't even fight anymore but he could easily whoop your ass in a fight.

    • Because He's the on e people wanted to see.. He was the Star of K1

  • "Sent to the land of wind and ghosts." Best...line...ever.

  • Badr's worst enemy was his own temper. The dark prince of K1.

    • @Nadine Nad everyone used roids then

    • ...and at times, it was also his best friend

    • CTE. No doubt.

    • He was a hot head for sure. He couldn't keep his mouth shut.

    • good fighter yes, should never be invited again in the ribg punching a downed foe should be not allowed to be fighting again, hes unfair fighter

  • Great video, was blown away by the end when his record was mentioned, 106 wins and 16 losses, is outstanding! I know this shed light on his most memorable fights but feel like it didn't sell just how great of a fighter he really is! He took on anyone and was not held back weight so much like the ufc, which has turned into a shit show, unlike these fights! Badr Hari is definitely one of the greats!!

    • Lol, you actually needed someone to spell it out for you? The whole video was about his greatness because he destroyed every champion that came his way and avenged all his big losses.

  • You kept me intrigued from your first word right to the very end!! Appreciate all the hard work to make an absolute memorable video!! Keep em' coming!

  • No doubt Badr was devastating in the K1 kickboxing but unfortunately his best days are gone which is a shame as I loved watching him fight his victims

    • @Ekim Andersom 🤡

    • @Ekim Andersom so yh there is proof

    • @Ekim Andersom i advise you to watch 2002 documentary of badr hari which says that he had 35-1 record with 26 kos so yh is not inflated by much hater

    • @Ekim Andersom explain

    • @Farhan Mirdha No he hasn't. There is zero proof of 92 fights

  • What the Russian or Bela Russian dude did, after knocking out Badr, was very respectful, and awesomely sportsman like doing by helping his opponent up from defeat...

  • I just love how this guy talk about the fight like it's live and not spoil the fights from the beginning.

    • Bro i subbed straight. Loved the story!!

  • This guy lost my respect once he started knocking untrained people out outside of the ring. Don't how often he won, he lost everything in my eyes once he started doing that crap!

    • @Father Torque Hari was a bully and thug.

    • @Father Torque Of course not,Just saying you need a dose of insanity in this sport.

    • @Toxic That's not a excuse to go around and start beating people so badly they need to be hospitalised.....

    • You cannot be successful in this,if you are not crazy a bit

  • That head kick to insta cut and ko was amazing and Badr always ran into combos but wow what a kick!!!

  • This took me back to when I was 20 watching K1 and still fighting actively myself. Good times.

  • I don't think I've ever seen a fighter who throws such HEAVY strikes. It's like he has bricks in his hands and feet.

  • Damn something else this doc shows is not just the talent of Badr but also his talented opponents that gave him a hard time. K1 fighters were just built different.

  • Great video my friend, great voice as the narrator, great story telling, and respect for the fighter's legacy. Your video on Melvin Manhoef was top notch, and I subscribed to your channel instantly. If you want to introduce one of your favorite fighters to one of your friends, your videos are the way to go.

  • What an awesome fighter!!! Truly, one of the best I've ever seen, just amazing. Used his lanky long limbs to his advantage against much more stout + powerful combatants.

  • Man, this videos are more like professional documentaries. Music, story, pauses... everything's top-notch!

  • Love him or hate him, Badr sure as hell gave good fights

  • Obviously he is one of the best out there & he knows it.. Too bad he throws tantrum like a five year old when things doesn't go his way. His father thought him how to fight at early age but did not bother to teach him humility.

  • That duck after being hit was insanely timely. After already getting his jaw rocked he seen the left hook coming 😅

    • Yeah that's Peter Graham

    • Yeah man some folks are just built for fighting 🤜🏽

    • And with the takedown afterwards it is even more impressive

  • Thank you man for this great vid. Badr is one of the greatest fighters I've ever seen, a fearless guy. I wish he behaved better. Sad to hear Badr's retirement. It's time for some rest champion, you will never be forgotten!

    • @RPS XXX TV Hari never played in UFC, it's a different sport. Stop embarrassing yourself.

    • @El Mehdi yes bro having 125 professional fights 106 wins 17 losses and 2 no contest but 92 knockouts is incredible

    • @hankpielemans do you mean the last 6 fights? Yes, he lost, but that's nothing compared to his 90+ K.O record for example. All the GOAT's lose sometimes, it's the nature of sports.

    • Well if you havent won any fights from 2015 you are not that good...

  • Poetic that the country that gave him the opportunity, the Netherlands, which he disavowed, ended up being the country that robbed him of the title.

  • One of the best kickboxer ever to walk the ring. If only he could control that roid rage

  • Aggressive motivation 💪 👏 but expensive consequences

    • could be more intelligent wit it

  • I actually like how he took ligament damages to end his fights rather than his career ending from too much head trauma. As long as he can live the rest of his life healthily :)

    • I seriously doubt that he's healthy in any shape or form. Probably took more damage than Ali. Eating kicks and knees to the head from 100kg men without pads for 20 years is one of the worst diets I can imagine.

    • and stay out of jail 😏🙄.

  • He give me so much motivation 💯💯💯💯‼️

  • Definitely one of the best fighters on this planet

  • Badr een echte legende in deze sport.

  • I dont like badr due to his personality and stupid decisions outside the ring. But you cant ignore what a beast he was. And als always your videos are so amazing its better than watching HBO or 60 minutes !

  • NOW THIS GUY IS A TRUE NARRATOR....." THE THUNDARUS RIGHT, SEPARATED THE SOUL FROM THE BODY AND KARIAH WAS SENT TO THE LAND OF WIND AND GHOST".......STRAIGHT GANSTA TALK😎

    • unfair fighter good yes, unfair........

  • That spinning heel kick was dazzling

    • And the next fight against Graham, he beat him. That was the biggest power of Hari. He rarely lost twice against the same opponent.

    • @Don Simons they had to put the humble pie in a blender so he could drink it through a straw. Lmao 🤣

    • Hit him so hard, that Cristiano Ronaldo felt it😉

    • I loved the one that broke Badr's jaw. That was so satisfying to watch. Like Ali, it's just great to see their uppity bodies crumble

  • without a doubt this is the best fighter documentary I have ever seen. It being kickboxing and over 45 minutes long, I didn't think I was going to watch all of it n lose interest in it. But the way this showed everything from he's early years as a skinny kid getting picked on to world champion status with all the highs and lows along the way, really made me want to watch on and know more about this guy. @VoteSport well done guys on producing the best fish documentary I have ever seen of any of the combat sport disciplines.

    • I know , right? This thing watches like it's 5 minutes long. Great story, editing and narration.

  • When Badr Hari is fighting no one blink there eyes. Always sensation with Badr. The kickbox from know is so boring. Everyone wins on point, but for Badr it was only KO’S. 87% KO OF ALL HIS FIGHTS. A TRUE LEGEND.

  • The swords broke and many weapons were shattered into bits, those warriors who fought, were chopped and ultimately only the king survived.375. One☝👑 of BH

  • The one fighter that never loses is time.

    • Time loses to zero gravity...

    • @ Bobby Boucher : ROFL 😂

    • Wow you are like so smart. And probably super strong. Here, have a gold star for being such a cool fella⭐️

    • TRUE They all come across their worst BEAST at one time

  • Appreciate all the hard work to make an absolute memorable video!!

  • He knocked out monsters? Sir, he's a damn monster himself...

    • Yh 125 professional fights 106 wins 92 kos 17 losses and 2 no contest Monster

  • My favorite thing about when u highlight fighters is that u don’t just show them at there best, you make sure to go over their losses but show that they’re still talented and great despite the losses

  • Another great video, Im glad I found this channel. I guess Hari only and true enemy was himself, a great example that this sport is not about the violence, but merit and discipline. He had the first, but lacked the second

  • This is the best 'tribute' video I have ever seen of his career. Badr is a legend, and he is my all time favorite (inside the ring..) kickboxer. I wish we could've seen more of him, but his time is up by now. Thank you for those explosive fights and KO's in your career. I loved watching you since 2008.

  • I'm from Morocco and when I thought I knew everything about the bad boy, you just gave me a whole other perspective about this champ. The good, the bad, and the ugly in one person lol great video nad very well put together.

  • Very good documentary done in a really pro way. And Hari was one of the best fighters ever but not a great example on the ring or outside. Anyway at the end was a great fighter !

  • 19 seconds in I had to rewind and pause it I thought he knocked the shit outta Gordon Ramsey 😂

  • Great video!!! What I took from this is Badr definitely can not take a hit like that of those he hits. Dude had his glass jaw exposed at like 23yrs old, been fragile ever since 😂🤐

  • He is jon bone jones of kick boxing, a wild ferocious superb talented guy...

  • I just sympathize with the sparringpartners of badr having to deal with him practicing that wheelkick😂

  • When Badr Hary was in his rise, i watch K1 every day. Biggest K1 legend!!! Sebia

  • You can still be gracious and sportsmanlike and be a truly great champion.

  • His life is a good stuff for a movie. Badr is LEGEND.

    • @Pawlotscha yh he was already an experienced fighter with 40 fights as well that year in 2002

    • @Leggy4k documentary?

    • There is, it’s called vechtershart.

    • saçmalık bedri daha iyiydi hakemler nasol ona verdi hayret

  • Hari.s. grit. Goes on Unmatched.. A great Champion...

  • I watched LIVE many of his fights. He had an amazing career.

  • so he started kickboxing against bullies, only to become an aggressive bully himself. Great job.

  • I like how Badr was a skinny rake and realized he needed more power... hit the gym, did a cycle and and continued his career to fight bigger boys

  • Arlovski’s glass chin, WHAT a knockout!!!! 👏👏👏👏👏

  • Badr Hari my all time fave Kickboxer 👍👍👍

  • He was so bad in his own mind until he picked on the wrong and had his eyes plucked out.

  • A true kickboxing phenom.

  • He was one of my favorites

  • Essa foi a melhor geração de lutadores, dava gosto de assistir essas lutas

  • Badr had devastating power. Pity his temper got the better of him. Nevertheless he was the best

  • He never ducked accountability for his loses....salute

  • Great content! Excellent production quality, very well narrated and highly entertaining. Thanks!

  • The best fighter is he who knows how to control himself... The greatest fighter is he who knows when to stop - and how to stop and totally quit the game while he is still in the pinnacle of his youth and sport... When pride and defeat catch up with a good fighter, that's the time when glory turns to humiliation - and eternal disgrace...

  • Very well made video with well rounded details like it’s a documentary program! He got a heart!

  • His behavior leaves a lot to be desired, especially in sportsmanship.

    • @AtlasLion most fighters are respectable dudes. The minority are loud mouth prices like this dude.

    • At first I thought he was a pompous SOB but a closer look he's a fighter with a big heart. Doesn't have the strongest jaw or the biggest body but he lived the life of a gladiator.

    • Overated

    • @AtlasLion If youre really justifying disgusting behavior then you forgot what martial arts is really all about

  • he is a legend no doubt!

    • i give homie three months and tell him what ill get him wit...all out ground stand whateva

  • Absolute machine Badr Hari and love the doco.

  • 40,00 Badr sweared but at the end was a promise which he couldn't deliver, and it showed he had just a big mouth! Rico Verhoeven is a respectable and humble guy, and he deserves the respect of his community!

  • Without any doubts my all time favorite K1 fighter, Badr was always fun to watch.

  • So he pretty much lost to any worthy opponent in the beginning of his career. Then won the rematches and proceeded to dominate. Evolved as a fighter, learning from his experience in both wins and losses. Fight game is nasty, anything can happen in a fight.

  • definitely a bad boy and definitely one of the best.

  • Great video.... and being Dutch myself I can't denie being a bit of a chauvinist cause, not only does Badr does have a Dutch passport, all he learned and even mastered, was the Dutch style kickboxing originated at Tom Haring's gym Chakuriki in Amsterdam. And besides that the video shows about 10 top fighters all being Dutch and/or Dutch schooled fighters, including Gokan Saki, Remi Bonjanski, Sem Schildt, and Peter Aerts. All K1 Champions. And it's not only the old school Dutch style, but Glory phenomenas Rico Verhoeven and George Hesdes appear. Than there is Enesto Hoost, Eroll Zimmermann, Aflister Overeem and that's just the heavyweight division we're talking not even mentioning Tyrone Spong and Melvin Manhoef and legendary fighters like Ramon Dekkers, Bas Rutten, Rob Kaman which all excelled in the Countries of origan like Thailand and Japan. Nieky Holzken can't be not mentioned in proving that Dutch style kickboxing still is superior over different styles like the capoeira influenced Brazilian style, Sambo influenced Russian style or other sub-kickboxingstyles there are. Holland or The Netherlands if you prefere, still is the modern kickboxing Mekka of the world were some of the greatest, or, I dare say, most of the kickbox started out perfected their skills. It is often said that Amsterdam is known across the world for mild drug policy were the use of drugs isn't illegal (only selling is) or other negative or crime related image, but it is also the kickbox Capital of the world of which I'm proud of.

  • Great fighter! He is smart and strong!

  • Badr Hari is the Zlatan Ibrahimovic of K1

  • Amazing to see, from these clips, a fighter who fights like he's possessed. Very cool.

  • Those body shots r brutal!

  • Totaal 125 Gewonnen 106 Op knock-out 92 Verloren 17 Op knock-out 12 Gestaakt 2 Iedereen zeiken over zijn verleden, woede, bestraffingen. Badri is en blijft een voorbeeld voor veel mensen die hetzelfde meemaken. Misschien dat fans van Khalid en Sophie zachter zijn met oordelen als het over Borsato gaat ofzo lol

    • Yes bro 125 professional kickboxing matches 106 wins 92 knockouts 17 losses 2 no contest Legend

  • Excellent video and recap of Badr Hari's career.

  • He could kill me in an instant. I am a man who uses his mind not his body. I am 6 th degree black belt, but I am pretty sure he would devastate me in close combat. edit: his kick reminds me of Frank Dux, who I actually fought one time. He kicked my ass.

  • That 45 minutes felt like 20! Excellent all the way around!

  • Amazing how many losses he had for a champ. And how he kept coming back like a bad cough.

  • Your commentary And narration are hilarious "sent to the land of wind and ghosts"... "Crumbled like a crouton " for example. Whether or not it's intentional it makes the videos funny on top of the entertaining highlights. Overeem was so juiced it was incredible to see.

  • he put 80 lbs of solid muscle on in no time after swapping camps and had massive moods swings and uncontrollable temper roid rage as its called

    • @Simon weight lifting and weight training are 2 different things I've weight trained for 11 years and that's how long it took me to gain 80lbs of muscle so yeah I do know a thing or 2 about weights as one bloke I trained alongside got to the world's strongest man finals

    • put up 80lbs of solid muscle? so you don't know anything about weightlifting i guess..

    • That first loss to a roided to the moon Overeem changed him, wish the sport was cleaner. Badr was not a good match for a game full of roids. Its so roided its unfair on you if you don't, unfortunately.

    • @Plane Jane nooo nobody uses that sht

    • That sounds every word like anabolic steroids

  • Absolutely brilliantly put together. One of the best CS-tv compilations/documentaries I've seen.

  • Crazy how I've heard of everyone he's fought more or less. Never heard of him.

  • Outstanding Attitude of gratitude 🙏

  • Badr was always a warrior to the end . Remy not getting up because he knew he was going to get smashed, has bothered me since the day i watched it .

  • Thankyou thankyou for putting all these fighters on the thrones they deserve !!!

  • My man knows how to make a history come to life highlight

  • That superman punch against 7’2 Choi was gangster

  • I come from judo and over there we have respect for our opponents, when you spar you both get to try to outperform one another but you throw your body on the line. your opponent gives you a chance to test your skill, they give something to you, mistreating your opponent like that really really sits bad with me. its like working in a kitchen where a chef occasionally stabs someone. to me this warrants a permanent disqualification no matter how good you are. a big problem is the foundation on which you build, i prefer meeting every opponent with a smile and respect, there for a fun joust. if you however start feeding your ego and start thinking you deserve the win, its going to be downhill fast. which to me is weird because you see a lot of this mentality in fighting. to me its a sub par solution compared to having fun. its not a matter of respect, rules or tradition. its about trust and love for the challenge.

  • The one opponent he could not defeat was himself.

  • This guys is a real fighter, if you want a example of fighter, he is the one.

  • If badr had better trainers and support he definitely would be one the greatest fighters ever. What an exciting fifhter

    • He is one of the greatests kick boxers ever

  • It sucks seeing someone so good throw it all away not once but twice because he can’t control his emotions….. sad

    • @Mingi God Bless you both

    • @Paul Rivers here’s comes you bums pretending to be fighters

    • @Mingi everyone has their own opinion about it

    • @TheMostHated But yeah arguing is pointless so enjoy your day man

    • @TheMostHated I guess if you had a really rough childhood I can understand it if you're still a kid/teen but if you're an adult and still blame it on your blood then it's not a valid excuse anymore I used to get bullied a lot and got mad many times but now I don't even look for problems and just walk away if someone wants to fight since I realized that there's no point in getting mad because of someone you don't even know

  • Pendant 20 ans il était roi du king boxing imaginable

  • Damn shame and a waste he couldn’t keep his temper under control ! sad to see who knows where he could’ve went and what he could’ve become ! still a great fighter though!👍🏼🤩❤️

  • 33:03 the shockwave is nuts

  • Great video. I just became a huge Badr fan in the space of an hour on YT.
