I’ve been to several high end car dealerships (not quite this high end though) and the sales staffs are ALWAYS snobby. Watching how this man took you through, especially knowing this was only for a video that benefits YOU, I give him massive kudos, what an absolute gentleman. Even if he wanted to just put on a good show for possible sales off of your video, there are very few high end dealers that let you start a single engine. You did a wonderful job with this video, thank you for taking the time and expense to go window shopping for all of us.
I'm sure they liked the visibility on the internet, if even one car gets sold because of it then it was well worth the time. 😉

It’s because that: There are many dealerships like this in dubai. The competition is very very high. Here you can find a guy walking with swimming shorts and slippers and might happen to be a millionaire, so anyone enters the showroom might be a possible buyer.

Kinda like Schmee who only knows about supercars and hyper cars but with a more extended portfolio which includes luxury cars and classics. I guess he wouldn't know much about more mundane cars like Matt does.
More focused on the price than the driving experience. So sad some of these engineering masterpieces have never turned a wheel. I feel sorry for the development drivers, engineers and stylists who work so hard, only for the buyer to see their work as an investment.

I have so much respect for this man Ali. He knows 95% of his cars values (converted) and knows it’s history and also how many were made for his limited edition cars. That’s a lot to remember.
He boils everything down to value. Exactly what one would expect from a dealership like this. It's not about the driving experience, it's just about money. This guy should be a bitcoin trader or something, not a car "expert" 🤮 I guess it speaks more about the customer than himself though.

i visited first motors in 2017 with my dad on holiday, it was unreal and ali was such a gentleman. my dad had paid a taxi driver extra to wait for us outside, ali went and covered this for us while knowing full well that we were just tourists and had no intention (or ability) to buy any of the cars in there.
Ali is by far one of the most laid back luxury car salesman I've seen. I won't be surprised if he owns the the place. Very cool collection.

One of the best videos you’ve made this far. You are able to hold conversations very well and kept me at attention all through the 30 odd minutes of the entire video. Ali has a Casio calculator & an instance of PostGres DB in his head to store all that data.

I could spend days in this showroom, just incredible 😍😍 F1rst and VIP motors from Dubai are probably two best car dealerships in the World. That was quite the tour! Having said that as an aircraft mechanic, my mindset is more of enjoying the vehicles. While as a stunning work of art all on their own, I find it almost disheartening knowing that most of the people acquiring these magnificent vehicles only look at them as investment. Don’t fret, I’d keep them shining and running top notch if ever given the revenue to experience such a joy. Ah life is funny though isn’t it? Those who are true enthusiast rarely get the opportunity to be “one” with a vehicle such as this. Regardless, it’s a joy to take visual tour with a very down to earth host and CEO! P.S. I’d hold out from throwing too much support for EVs. It’s a hype. As mentioned with the LaFerrai; good luck to all the manufacturers obtaining the volume of batteries required for that kind of forced demand. I’d personally just build high compression ICE engines that can be converted and run on alternative fuels like ethanol. The bump in compression not only delivers more stable power across the entire powerband, but also offsets the more rich stoichiometric rate of fuel flow( aka lower fuel mileage).

Amazing vid and respect to Ali. It does sadden me that we now have amazing cars being made specifically so that owners can not drive them and instead use them purely as investments. Zero miles on a 10 year old Ferrari and it seems it will just stay that way. Sad.

My dream lineup is a bit different from most, but these are my top 3 choices: 3: Audi Sport Quattro Coupé - There is just something about the originals that resonates well with me. This was the first truly mass produced 4-wheel drive passenger car, and from a time where cars were much more "analogue" than they are today. 2: Nissan Skyline GT-R (R32) - Of course, no lineup is complete without one of the JDM icons from the 80's and 90's. The "Godzilla" can definitely be in the "all-time greats" category. 1: VW T3 Syncro TriStar special edition - I love the T3, essentially a lunch-box on wheels, but what a great driving and off-road machine it is. The TriStar double-cab pickup is the most sought after variant of the T3, as it features 4 doors, compared to the standard 3. However, I would love one of these with an engine swap to the Audi 2.5 TDI 5-cylinder engine, as it is incredibly durable, and serves as a good platform for diesel tuning. The TriStar is a rare model indeed, as it featured every optional extra from the base model, and it came equipped with 16" wheels, compared to 14" on the standard model.

i lived in UAE as well. Some of them are nice generous and humble but.. there are oppression their and many innocent people are in jail. There is no freedom and justice there plus the mafias controls Dubai. Be safe.
@FARES AUTO SALES lived in uae for 38 years never seen neither heard of what you saying. There’s justice and if you do wrong of course you will be jailed. That’s why it’s one of the safest country’s. If your in the US or Europe you might get stabbed or shot. At night I leave my doors open not worrying about a thief. That’s a piece of mind.

What a brilliant video, Matt. I really enjoyed it. But you got me towards the end with that GTO. It's my all time favourite car, since my childhood. It brought tears to my eyes. My dream list? A Polestar 3, a Ferrari 288 GTO, a Ferrari Roma Spider and a BMW i7. It keeps changing, though, except for the old classic.

Mat, you technically own this CS-tv channel. You made it what it is as today. There won’t be almost 8mln subscribers (making it one of the biggest automotive youtube channels) without you. I think you deserve a little more credit (and money) for that from CarWow. You should get all the YT income. In the end, this is marketing for them. Let them pay for it instead of earning from it.

Nothing beats the Veneno for me. It's been my all time favorite dream car since it released, and there is nothing else like it in the world. Sure, it's got the regular aventador v12. But unlike a lot of the other cars shown that are one off cars because of the paint or because of an aftermarket company adding some parts, this car is something completely original from the factory. That's a car that deserves the price tag it has. Also, it's absolutely insane that of the $20m that was spent, that car alone takes up more than half of that budget.

Normally I wouldnt watch a video about high end cars as they are all so unobtainable for many, but I found this collection very intreting to see ! Seems like the top end of town choses cars for different reasons like anyone else, investment, to stand out, to hit the race track with a team , or for driving pleasure.
