Just want to say something on diamond spawns in the new cave update. Bc of the increased diamond spawns on lower levels, Diamonds will spawn in smaller veins when touching an air block. Ex- diamonds spawn in 1-3 veins w/ air and 3-10 w/out. Note- when in a water cave there will be no air block so ull still gain the 3-10 odds

The reason u found a lot of diamonds in that underwater cave is because large vains of diamonds usually spawn unexposed to air so that means u will usually find more diamonds in underwater cave Hope u find this useful😊😊
