Kelsea just has a way with things. Visuals in the videos, colors, words, rhythm. She’s a master and these words fit for both men and women who have felt like this in past relationships. Don’t hang on for the sake of complacency. Set yourself free and move on.

I haven’t listened to much of Kelsea’s music before, so wow am I glad that I decided to listen to this EP. The lyrics are so honest and vulnerable.

This is the Kelsea we've been waiting for. I've always found her past output as fluffy and even brainless at times. This feels like a purposeful artistic statement and realization of identity as an artist. She's found a niche that really works for her and uses it as a template to concoct genuinely interesting music. Love to see it.

I love every song in Rolling up the Welcome Mat. It’s very neat how you played into your method of coping and therapy by writing this album. I to am coming out of a very hard season where I fell in love at a very young age. I cannot get those 9 years back, but I learned the hard way how someone should not treat another. No one truly understands you and what you went through. Using your story to help others is one of the most powerful things to do. Thank you so much for this album. I’ve listened to this song and Blindsided more times than I can possibly remember.Here’s to all of the strong women& men out there going through/have gone through something similar. Healing takes time. Love yourself. You are enough.

I got married when I was really young same age and it didn’t last I can’t imagine doing it while being a musician and constantly on tour… kudos to them for making it work as long and to her for being so strong and vulnerable in these videos! Brilliant work Kelsea! 💗
