Kevin O’Leary Reacts: Living On $1.6 Million A Year In Los Angeles | Millennial Money

  • Will Kevin smash the like button on Graham’s finances? Let us know what you think below.

    • Kevin should start a business that helps people take ideas and make them into patented inventions.

    • Don't forget to DESTROY that like button!!!!

    • Meet Kevin who the fock is this guy

    • *If only Google* didn't ban all conservative income off CS-tv

    • Graham is a fraud. He lies about his income big time. Why is CNBC promoting frauds?

  • What is he saving for? Just exploiting tax efficiencies but not actually contributing back into society ?

  • 3:01 I dont waste money...I just have 25 of the same suits

  • You're a billionaire and you're using a 480p camera?

  • "You don't need secondary education to make it". Proceeds to study for real estate license, which you need some form of secondary education for.

  • Fake influencer promoting other fake ones.

  • Graham puts on an act for views, no way he doesn't indulge every now and again.

  • Make money to save money 💰 hahahaha!! Why are you making it then? Lol!!

  • graham stephan is a revolting human who boasts about about how much money they earn

  • Starbucks Coffee makes me do very well in my business and I can make more money 💰, I got some friends who spent too much and become millionaires and billionaires, and enjoying life as well.

  • Kevin Oleary thought someone would be d!ck?!😂😂😂

  • I wish my son will have his mentality 📚🍾🌞

  • Ummmm, Kevin? Nobody wears suits anymore. Or hats. Or spats. Just sayin'.

  • To funny Kevin O’Leary is going bankrupt While the thing he values most is poverty. Now he can really enjoy Poverty bigger than ever

  • Isn't this guy the dude who got away with getting his wife to say she was driving the boat that killed someone while he was drunk and so he paid off the witness?

  • yeah.. you save so much until you die, after living like a dog with millions lying around in your bank account for no reason.

  • Em dissed this man to the point where he went on to make punk rock music that appeals to teeny boppers 😭

  • hahahaha 10:59 when shes eating the salad

  • Ah, a 26 year old you tuber who makes $1.6mm per year. Just your average millennial. Is this supposed to be helpful financial advice for a typical millennial in LA, or click bait and cross promoting for the host/CNBC and the subject/you tube?

  • 100% agree about the car! great, agile reactions, Mr. Wonderful!

  • There is nothing particularly unique about him. He saved money before bubble burst but gut lucky that it did burst at opportune timing. If there was no bubble then he wouldn't have made 500% returns on large investment, but just average landlord returns, if he rented it out. He wouldn't be able to buy additional properties so soon and probably wouldn't gain such huge CS-tv popularity. He is frugal and makes sensible economic decisions but there are many people like him who save money and buy properties for renting out. The returns are somewhere around 5% which is decent but no millionaire by 30 unless you don't have large salary to save up. Remember, property bubble was caused by people thinking that they will become rich by buying and letting properties. His advice by cutting unnecessary spending is good but it's probably number one advice on every personal finance blog anyway. He basically is obsesively frugal by nature because he actually is spending too much effort it seems to cut costs. For most people cutting Starbucks is reasonable but he earns ~4$/minute and it's actually cheaper to buy coffee than to make it himself. It can expensive to not spend money too. Also energy spent thinking about costs is energy not spent raising your revenues. Given his yearly income would cover his next 15 year costs (6k per month) then I'm not sure why is he saving so much? Does he expect to spend more money later than in his prime years? Or he is unsure about future incomes? I'm not dissing on him but wanted to express opinion that both spending and saving money can be suboptimal choices but the latter is better probably unless you already have enough wealth as most people discount money too quickly (money in future is less valuable than it is now).

  • I am watching this video to see the reaction of the video on graham's channel

  • Coffee man , clothes i buy all my stuff at cotsco , specially coffee

  • Like how much money does he wanna make to live like you won’t die with your money will you

  • Very nice

  • He thinks he's the only one that likes to tell it like is??? 🤣😂😂😑😑

  • Isn't that guy a scammer?

  • Awww both of my favorite people in one video!

  • Millenial Money? A lot of it was common sense and basic finance. There's a horde of other millenials out there doing the opposite and now begging for communism.

  • I am with you on everything but the McDonalds nasty food and his high caloric you Mr. Wonderful!

  • I live on less than $13,000/yr.

  • I knew Kevin couldn't go 2 minutes without hinting at his ETF. Legend.

  • Does Graham work at the Oppenheim group?????

  • A college education is needed for many career paths. If everyone went into real estate, progress wouldn't happen and society would collapse.

  • 15k a month but he’s on 1.6mill

  • Good video to see how poor i am loolz :P

  • This is as meta as meta gets

  • Kevin missed it on the Tesla purchase. The video made Graham $100s of thousands

  • For a multi million (maybe billion) dollar company the green screen work is pretty shiet

  • This is what should be taught in school systems when young.....very few learn about finances till its too late.

  • I love that Kevin sees CS-tv as something you can seriously make money from

  • 5:20 BORING anyone have original ideas, if u like economy and politics u r a loser learn to code or skateboard

  • So in other words just make youtube videos and live nice

  • Kevin is the man

  • 85% of his income is from youtube he said. hes another fake it til you make it never really had a solid business but acted like he did in CS-tv vids.

  • Greenscreen

  • Really?! This is what CNBC has now come down to one scammer reacting at another scammer.

  • How come he's not featured on selling sunset? He is clearly at that office

  • Actually a good video I was surprised, thought the guy was gonna he a chum

  • And going bald like kevin

  • Typical two white guys talking, how they beautifully milked the system. Jeez

  • excuse me... graham makes 100k monthly on CS-tv???????? imagine piewdipie, david dobrik and the Paul brothers wtf

  • What he doesn't really elaborate on is he lived with his dad for between what 18-25? Probably rent free, and he probably has no vices. When you have no addictions and all you have is hustle, the money just flows in. That's how you make it. Unfortunately a lot of young people A. Don't have the hustle. B. Don't have the opportunity to live at home bill free for years at a time. C. Have addictions. Gambling/Drugs/Drinking. Whatever And that sucks all their money up. He was able to take advantage of those 3 steps.

  • This guy is really smart! Even though he’s making $1.6M a year, he lives well within his means. He doesn’t squander his money on luxury items. He’s very frugal.

  • kevin o leary vs mark cuban lets go!

  • If you cant live on $1.6 Million annually, youre doing everything wrong.

  • His zenith el primero

  • I would love to know how much of that $1.6 Million comes from Ad Sense revenues from being a CS-tvr.

  • He saves 99% of his money and you give him an 8.234? 😂😂😂

  • Oh, poor you. You only make $1.6 Million a year. 🤨

  • Hey my boy Graham!

  • Nobody: Kevin: He gets an 8.234/10.

  • The title of this is misleading. He doesn’t live off of the full $1.6mm. 85% of his money come from being a CS-tvr, not real estate commissions or investment returns. I was waiting on Mr. Wonderful to slam this guy for living off of that amount but he’s only living on a small fraction.... spoiler alert but I’m saving you 13:04 valuable minutes. Can I have 13:04 of my life back?

  • FY! whilst million of Americans are unemployed...

  • I've never understood the Starbucks obsession. I have always made coffee at home. And clothes? I can't stand the whole paying tons of money for basically a name. I love simple clothes, no bedazzles, no fancy quotes or sayings. I love the plain Walmart tshirts that are like 3$ a piece, target for more fancier clothes lol. I never spend more than 200$ a year on clothes, if it's a good year. I think I spend the most money on food and my kids. My kids are my weakness lol. I spoil them. Not rotten though.

  • 'Cause being a 5% is mainstream

  • Kevin "he's figured out a way" O'Leary

  • I am blown away how many people watch these videos of Graham either directly or indirectly talking about how rich he is. Here is a spoiler, he is cheap and sells high end houses in LA.

  • I think it’s so funny that Graham talks about buying index funds all the time and that’s Kevin’s advice to him lmfao

  • they do say 'work SMARTER not HARDER'

  • Beautiful love it ❤️💴🏠🏠

  • Good for you

  • Diversification is easier said than done, is can easily make you thin out your company so you loose contact to the customer by reducing the quality of your brand.

  • I need a girl who shares the same economic value as me as well.

  • I love Mr Wonderful his terminology "spends their brains out" haha ty

  • I sold a dollar for four quarters... am I doing it right?

  • He's not going to college but he got his real estate license which required test It is not higher/secondary education but it's beyond high school education

  • Dude is so tight it's ridiculous.

  • does he work for the netflix real estate group? i'm pretty sure i have alreasy seen those desk and thos 2 dogs...
