  • The linus commentary wasn't even recorded the same day he helped in the build video

  • Haven't watched this yet, but I have a feeling it's gonna be painful AF

  • Me who watch so much videos of how to build pc, follow and write rules for new pc becasue im scared of messing smthing up, and her who doesnt give a fucccxc

  • She's right about the thermal paste, it doesn't belong there. That stuff becomes absolute concrete after use.

  • 20:03 Freeze-Framed is this video in a microcosm.

  • Linus the man who drops everything cringing was enjoyable and therapeutic

  • This video gave me a a heart attack

  • Linus is annoying

  • Thanks, now I have more confidence in building my first pc

  • Linus be like Hmmm motherboard Hmmmmmmmmmmmm

  • Dude I got an Intel Core i7 10700 CPU with an RTX 3070 and 16gb ram for $1500 although it was prebuilt sooooo.

  • So far, I found building my own computer easier... you all think buying is prebuilt easier, that's because you guys didn't have to wrestle a ThinkStation P710 into working properly.

  • please make a video where sarah reacts to your reaction

  • 10:08 is the exact advice I used to build my PC. In the end I walked away spending $1000 on a pc that would cost $1500 on today’s market. Thanks to a close friend I bought an ASUS 2060 GPU for $300 🥳 Literally, I bought an Intel i5 10600k for $180 and it was WAY more cost efficient than going AMD

  • Is there a reason she didn’t use any sort of liquid cooling? I was waiting to see how I should pick, but then the topic was completely skipped.

  • This. This is why PC building boutiques exist. Amazing work Sarah, you're no Linus but that doesn't mean you didn't teach us all some valuable lessons. 🤣❤👍

  • did you deliberately remove the manuals?

  • Lmao hahaha linus reactions are priceless 🤣

  • Thank god I have a brother too give me his old gpu especially when he gets a 3080

  • So we going to act like she really bought all that and Linus clearly said that was a MB they already used 😂

    • They have pretty much every part in stock, they just wanted to be realistic about it.

  • I'm only here to see how she secures a GPU

  • Man she's 🔥

  • that click on the video card it gave me a heart attack *dies*

  • Success is not the right word!!!!!! Boy did I have a great laugh!! Make more videos like this!!!!

  • Lol I just bought all my parts of amazon and I was lucky I knew what I needed😂

  • It hurts me every time she wiggles that gpu considering that it is pricey nowadays hahaha

  • I couldn't finish the video.

  • The hardest part is watching her laugh at everything because she knows there's no real consequences for messing anything up.

  • This was wholesome asf to watch.

  • "I feel as though I belong here" made me smile

  • That eyepatch wolf Dell video is a great example of when a pre-built goes wrong. Any DIY headaches are better, imo, than trying to deal with any big company customer support. But that's just me. This was wholesome af, really

  • Remind me of the star in Three is Company the gal who keep bumping doors on Ritter's head!

  • I not only build my PC I add a fan to my hard drive and another fan to the northbridge or those with passive heatsinks you know ? just to help the heatsinks cool better. you can add so many fans you want to.. I dont use the case side mesh slots ( you see all the times in every kind of case on the outside all sides !) for fans... they are useless and too far from the critical points of heat like heatsinks that matters! your harddrive need a fan to kiss blow it all the times.. 80mm fan will do. Save your "metal" straps you get all the times when yo ubuy cords.. those used to fold the cords in packages.. why toss them out if they are very long kind anduseful for suspending your fans over your hardrive .. there is plenty of places to twist the wire ends to hld the fans. I can show u the pics upon request.. I have the need for self importance! Oh, I almost forgot to tell you that I also put fan over the RAM bank to keep it cool as well! I am a fanboy the purest kind! They ought to offer fans that fit securely onthose heatsinks without the need to suspend them with wires like I use for myself.. it is a jerry rig mess inside the case.. it works like rock!

  • this gives me confidence in building a pc

  • The Lassie done great, get Her back for more stuff Linus

  • Wish we could see more of Sarah in you'll video's.

  • The stickers on the glass panel... aaaahhhhhhhHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

  • Sooooo painful

  • Damn it powered on

  • 20:52 you know you are in Canada when the answer is duck tape :D

  • haven't seen Sarah on any of the channels lately. her segments were always pretty fun.

  • Feels like watching a horror movie that’s properly made.

  • The verge guy, THE VERGE GUY. We need an incantation to bring him back to the world of mortals. I heard he will be the last boss in the next elder scroll. Where are you, verge genius, when the world needs you, WHERE!!!!!!!???

  • This was slightly painful to watch

  • Rich company owner tortures an employee by forcing her to build a pc, but ends up torturing himself watching her

  • Okay. Hang on. Hold up. I don't care how old this video is. Was she not given the intrusion manual for the mother board? Or is she not allowed to use it? She seems way to blind on some of the more basic things, like the LED power. Which on the motherboard I used was actually fully unmarked, and I had to use to the manual to install it right. Edit; Sidenote. I kinda hate how she used her lifelines and didn't actually get help. Haha. Ever. Oh well.

  • 16:19 I felt linus pain

  • I feel like a idiot after watching this

  • whyyyy my eyes D:

  • There goes my confidence

  • Love Linus but his annoyance is 10% cringe

  • 20:50 give her an engineering degree xD She knows about duct tape^^

  • I watch Linus tech tips. I know how to put a PC together.

  • Damn I’m so annoyed by this...

  • My question is Why not Intel ? i5-11400 is a great cpu with igpu

    • Because intel is currently shit.

  • The problem with Linus is that he feels that there's one right way to do things ad far as installing components into a pc....but in reality there not....there's no right or wrong way....in all my years as a computer technician there's no right way....even by looking and reading instructions.....much that he said in the video isn't really true and his view about the customer, is that he's right which he's wrong......

  • she's a very pretty female

    • But her name though, hee hee.

  • Omg seeing her move the GPU up and down nearly gave me a heart attack😱

  • PC part picker is amazing.

  • When she wiggled the GPU, my soul left my body....but otherwise good vid. Idk if I can do any better on my first build.

  • Linus over here about to have a heart attack

  • shes so hot

  • I know nothing about building PCs and even so I was cringing throughout the video seeing how she handled the parts...

  • i like the way this video made ... great work

  • What if it wasn't in properly in? What if the tests failed? Come on, just think one step ahead

  • got the z590 gaming carbon love the board but carbon is way to much for most people.

  • 25:10 She would have been better just buying a pre-built pc from bestbuy or other store or have a computer friend or professional have it pre-built with paying little extra.

  • It hurts but its hilarious 🤣. Like have you hurt yourself so bad that you start 🤣 instead of screaming, I have and it was weird later after it calm down 😅

  • She sound like she has no idea how the computer parts work😱 and she is choosing at random.

  • " I don't know what you need to deal with carefully, so I am going to deal with everything carefully." *proceeds to shake everything around*

  • Damn how would she like it if someone tossed her around and was Rough

  • I want to applaud her for putting herself out there. She knew she would look like an idiot at times due to her just not knowing what to do and yet she still agreed to this. What a good sport. She did better than me on my build lol

  • These videos are like your yearly progress review at your average job LOL

  • OMG I never thought Id hear you say woodsball. Linus is getting into paintball let's gooo

  • I am half way through, she is doing an amazing job. If I had to place a bet on weather it POSTs I would say no. So far she has only made a few mistakes so it still has a good chance of working but it makes me see that building PC's for 30 years is far more important than googling stuff. Don't get me wrong, I still have machines fail to POST as I didn't flash the BIOS etc but it's for this reason I realise building a PC is not easy.(Ok it did post, she did have help but it's a great video - just buy a premade one or ask someone who knows about this stuff to make it(not me)) There is no way she managed to download Windows to a USB drive and get it to boot and change the boot drive?

  • does this lady not know what a manual is? or was it part of the challenge to not read a manual?

  • 20:55 why the hell are you cutting duct tape and why with plyers

  • I bought my first 286 based PC back in 1990 ish prebuilt. Next 486sx in 1994 one was built from the bits. Yep, it was a little bit like Sarah's experience. Since then I've assembled all my own PCs. Every time I've built on, there's been a few new things to encounter, from cyrus, intel and amd processors, umpteen different types of sockets, different RAM clips, parallel ATA to SATA, to now NVMe. I've always prefered specing the bits . I've always enjoyed the process. The first 486sx was the most stressful :)

  • re 24:50 ish . "Linus is a dinosaur !" That's a bit harsh :)

  • I have such a huge crush on Sarah omg she is so adorable 🥰

  • I remember when the sockets for CPUs weren't zero insertion force ! I also remember the pre-ATX power socket headers on a 286 motherboard. They could be plugged in the wrong holes, and everything could go "bang" !

  • Linus, no need to be SO serious. Every person can know somethings better than others. For example, when comparing make up, lipstick, eye shadow, she MUST be better and quicker than you. Not to mention how to wear a bra, how to choose a dress, skirt etc.

  • Anyone got a link to his blindfolded build video at 18:03? I wanna see what happened when he plugged in the PCIe power cable into the CPU connector.

  • I had heart palpitations watching this...

  • DONT LET SARAH NEAR A GPU!!!!

  • 4:01 I will shame you for going intel

  • I am quite new to pc builds, and i even cringed as i watched this

  • I'm glad I stayed up to 4 am to watch this

  • Many "Sarah"... hahaha

  • Idk how many times i nearly fainted from sarah being sarah

  • 6:48 it was at this moment I knew I needed to marry her

  • 24:49 you're also a dinosaur looooool 😂😂😂😂😂

  • I personally think you guys should redo this when prices return to "normal" and also see if Sarah has learned more since the first one

  • This video is gold.

  • "ryzen is a good brand" I have uninstalled my life.....

    • Is it not anymore? I’ve been stuck with a Ryzen 5 for years (I was looking for a gaming laptop, my mom knew, she saw a nitro 5 and decided to get it to be smug. Then she remembered she hated Windows and loves Apple, so I took over the payments and the laptop) and it’s managed to chug along all these years. I’m asking because I’m looking at replacing the old brick this year or next (it’s slowing down like crazy. I’m factory resetting it this week that’s how slow it’s gotten.) and I’d want to know wether Intel or Ryzen has the edge before I splurge on a 7 or 9

  • Then theres powerspec with a 3060 for 1600

  • im not a confident builder best way ive found is get all the parts you want then give it to a well known pc store to build it, might cost you £45 but £45 is better than replacing £1,000s worth of gear, 1 slip could turn the whole week into a diesaster better safe than sorry, £45 is a small price to pay.

  • Is it that hard to just read a guide, the manual, or watch a video thoroughly?

  • Play couldn't stop laughing when she was trying to see if the components were secure shake shake shake everything's all good LMAO

  • is she from another earth? damn. i wish i could've built it for her instead of those parts getting abused like that.
