  • Natalie !!! I am so so proud of you. You look great and most importantly I know you feel great. Ilya, what can I say u have changed all of our lives with all this fitness stuff. You are an inspiration as well. I love you guys and thank you for keeping me going with all the work you are putting in. You guys rock!!❤❤❤❤❤

    • old man, give me advise on girls

    • @Carolyn Kim they are all fake af lol

    • Didn’t u make fun of her weight publically

    • Old

    • I hope I can find a friend like them

  • This made me so emotional! Theres nothing better than watching someone crush their goals and watching a trainer care just as much about their goals as they do! Congratulations Natalie and Ilya!

  • I would love to see Xeela fitness expand their knowledge on female hormones and the difference in our hormone production and its effect on weight loss. I was watching where Nat was exhausted and complaining about being tired and as a woman I am aware we need about 3 more hours of sleep a night compared to men for proper recovery. Other than that I Loved watching this transformation. As a former female athlete it inspired me to get my ass back into gear and push to my own limits

    • @Olivia J the idea that women generally need more sleep isn’t necessarily true but really the fact is that as men they have more testosterone which contributes to overall vitality &energy. this is basically saying the difference in hormones of men vs women can explain why women tend to feel fatigued often regarding their sleep hours

    • @Error404 you sound like a classic man assuming without research lol. Women’s bodies function in a cycle that heavily impacts energy (and yes mood) of 3 different hormones rising and falling in different patterns throughout the month. This in addition to other differences in brain function leads to women needing a little more sleep than men (not 3 hours tho lmao more like 20mins to an hour). But it is not only that women need more sleep but the effects of not sleeping enough cause more psychological distress.

    • I think that statement where women need more sleep is a myth , generally a normal functioning human needs minimum 6hrs of sleep and when ur working out u need more rest so like 8hrs but that’s pretty much it. There is no such thing that woman require more sleep or anything. The only thing where u need to watch out for women while workouts is like periods cus that can affect mood swings and increase body pain plus ofcourse woman can’t work out as heavily as men do there are certain restrictions , so whatever Ilya did in my opinion was the best he could do for Natalie

  • I seriously can not get over how much weight she lost in her face. She’s so stunning.

    • she looks a bit older now

    • @Kwame Tabiri She did, but looks way better now

    • fr it blows my minds all the other people i seen look bearing different after getting rid of 10% fat but she looks so skinny

  • It’s nice to have someone like Natalie with an average body but also super pretty and confident so her getting healthy is very inspiring. Good work 🎉

    • @IBuyFriends thats taken into consideration. That's still a bit high

    • @Mom found the poop sock Women have a higher body fat % than men

    • @kenzie shyann bmi is naturally higher on women

    • @kenzie shyann That wasn't her BMI that was her body fat percentage. 37% isn't great but its also not morbidly obese lol

    • @Mom found the poop sockbmi is outdated. 37% of bmi is not bad or unhealthy. 160 lbs for a grown woman is not obese either.

  • The fact she hasn’t worked out in forever and her FIRST MILE RUN WAS 8 minutes like what I could never😭 you go girl! So inspiring to me cause we have the same body type and this makes me feel like I can do it

    • @Paris Hedger yeah it means her goal was to take 6 mins and 30 secs to run 1 mile

    • 🤣🤣

    • this might be a dumb question but what did it mean by a 630 or 7 mile, is that the time it took to run a mile? I'm from australia and tryna figure out what the timings/ distance all refer to haha

    • Only person truly doubting you is yourself. You can't run it in 8 minutes because u keep telling yourself you cant run it in 8 minutes

  • PROUD OF ALL U GUYS !!!!!!!

    • ❤️❤️❤️

    • you better start praising Elya for that

  • Dude being an ex athlete and trying to get BACK into shape is an incredibly difficult mental battle. I’m so happy for her. This is so motivating.

  • Natalie is so beautiful both in the before and after, but her journey truly inspired me. You could see an extra bit of confidence and happiness in her eyes in the after. Congrats on your achievement Nat!

  • Maybe it’s because I’m a woman, but watching this one made me tear up a few times. I just kept rooting for Natalie. And I loved seeing her attitude change completely. Amazing job!!

    • Dude same, i don’t really keep up with these guys anymore expect for zane and heaths podcast and i’ve seen how those two have progressed and watching Nat do it is amazing, i love how she spoke of herself and how they portrayed her.

    • me too im trying to lose weight and struggled my whole life made me emotional !!

    • @Pigeon Princess You’re human you have feelings and emotions💀please

    • when she finished her first mile I cried lmao

  • I love the fact that you went with a reasonable and HEALTHY body fat percentage. Men can be healthy at a body fat range between 8 and 19 where women typically need in the 20s just to maintain a menstrual cycle and healthy hormone function. I see so much push for "shredded" so this was refreshing to see a realistic healthy weight😊

  • I love how he used something she loved like soccer to get her back into working with a passion towards her goal. Doing something you enjoy is the easiest way to get you back into the groove of working out then pushing yourself harder is what comes after

    • I was looking for this comment! ❤

    • Not to mention he let her lead that session so they were able to step in each other’s shoes for a day…I think that helped her be more patient lol

  • I would have loved to see more of Natalie’s diet changes and how she maintained a healthy relationship with food and her body throughout this process! That’s always where I seem to struggle. Super inspiring though!!

    • @Butch O I started at 285 and dropped down to 215 in 4 months

    • @WhiskeyNeaty Almost a 20% decrease in 6 months isn't impressive?

    • @WhiskeyNeaty What did you weigh to begin with?

    • @WhiskeyNeaty maybe.. but then you probably had a higher starting weight then her

    • @lia kourti i lost 70 pounds in 4 months. its possible.

  • I love this so much. This wasnt cheesy nor fake. It was raw and real. All of the struggles and hardships but the bonding and the true motivation was really really inspiring

  • it's so nice that natalie has a healthy relationship with her body and that said her friends and family never put he looks over who she is as a person. i'm so happy she got that. my relationship with my body is not great cause i've been body shamed by my mother since i was around 10 years old. the most insane part is that i wasn't even a chubby kid. my weight gain happened in HS when i got my first period and my body changed drastically. that's when the body shaming got even worse

    • Same momma still body shames me

    • Idk about David but Jonah always called her fattie nattie and other things. She must’ve just taken these as jokes and not seriously

    • @Alexyss Aubrie oh, i don't know anything about that. I didn't start watching the vlog squad until 2018. I do remember him making comments about how nat is always snacking, but i guess how the comment is taken depends fully on the person receiving it and their self worth, you know?

    • I almost laughed when she showed David though. He was so horrible to Gabbie Hanna about her body and she looked like Natalie in the beginning

  • ilya has a big heart. the fact that he used to have a thing for natalie but he doesn’t end up with her, but still means very well for her is amazing.

    • @munchkin sophie and maturity

    • @clu3sit’s actually pretty normal seeing as theyve been friends for quite a while now.. You don’t break that long of a bond because you don’t end up with the girl.. Is he supposed to stop hanging out with David since she was his assistant?

    • ok

    • He needed the content

    • @autumn h but it’s not, so it is an amazing thing. lots of people get bitter from rejection, but he didn’t, so yes that’s an amazing and respectable thing

  • It's crazy that I only really watched these guys throughout the years on David's channel, and then to check in with them months and months later after minimal to no uploads, and to see all of their progress, it truly makes me so happy!! They all deserve the world, and Natalie's weight loss journey (not that she wasn't before), has created a wildly confident and incredibly beautiful girl. I hope the days of bad habits and reckless behaviours are somewhat in their past, and this is more their goal for the future for them and their fans. Genuinely inspirational, and happy this was shared with us.

  • Natalie looks so amazing at the end of this inside and out, you can tell it’s been such an amazing transformation for her. Watching this friend group over the last few years and now seeing you all become your best healthiest selves is so incredibly inspiring.

  • The fact that he respectfully pushes her and doesn't let her slack off is amazing. He won't let her give up

    • Can’t she just give him a shot. He really loved her

    • @chris oconnell bro theyre basically family, thats theyre friendship

    • @chris oconnell just pushing her to be her better self and obviously it worked 💪🏻👍🏻🤙🏻

    • The Gospel: (I am not a bot, I'm just someone who enjoys spreading the gospel. Much love to you all!) The gospel is the good news that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died for our sins and rose again, eternally triumphant over His enemies, so that there is now no condemnation for those who believe, but only everlasting joy. Peter says in 1 Peter 2:24, “He himself bore our sins in His body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness.” So Christ died not only to forgive sin, but also that it might die in the lives of His people. ~Quoting John Piper~ ALSO My friend put together a great PowerPoint about the Gospel and Jesus being the prophesied Messiah. I'd like to share if you're interested, just reply and I can send you the link. May Jesus Bless you!

  • The back pictures at the end are really inspiring, looks like a completely different person. Congrats Natalie, super proud of you! I lost 45 pounds this year so I’m well aware of how hard it is but also how good it feels to actually succeed. Great job!

  • It must be so much easier when you have all that people around you, supporting you, pushing you to your limits, lifting you when you collapse.. Personal gym, personal trainer, personal dietician, fans.. Great job Natalie! I just wish every single person who's starting a journey like this, to never give up no matter if he/she is alone in this. ✌️💪❤️

  • Watching her play soccer was just so cool. She was enjoying herself, you can tell she likes the sport, it's almost like playing soccer reignited the competitiveness and passion in her. This is the Natalie I always hoped to know.

  • This was about so much more than losing weight. It was about learning to do what we think is the Impossible, to get over the mental challenges and to grow as a person. You can see how much happier and brighter she is, inside and out, so proud Nat❤️

  • Changes don’t happen overnight. It takes dedication and small changes over a long period. Thank you for showing us your hard work. 🎉

  • I really like how Ilya noticed that it was going to be different training a woman and changed his tactics a little bit! I completely understand the feelings that Natalie was having and I’m so so inspired!

  • At 20:56 you can see how drastictly different her face looks, Im so happy for her. I have a similar body type as her and this is motivating me alot!!

  • I was so nervous to watch this for so long now because watching weight loss videos always triggers me but this was inspiring the fact her starting weight is the same as mine make me motivated to keep going. I did wish they showed her diet to get more of an overall look into her journey but loved this!

  • Natalie is so real and hopefully she continues to take care of herself. Can’t wait to see Suzie’s transformation.

  • Her transformation is actually insane, she looks amazing! I’ve been struggling with my fitness journey lately and this has definitely inspired me to keep going because it’ll be worth it in the end, I’m so proud of you Natalie. ❤

  • I know Natalie has gotten a lot of gift from friends in the past, But this is hands down the best gift one can give to another. The gift of looking in the mirror and loving yourself!

  • We all need an Ilya in our lives, pushing us to be the best version of ourselves ❤ Go Natalie!!!

    • It’s definitely helpful! Haha surround yourself with people who genuinely want to see you do better and be better!

    • Все ищут это видео: cs-tv.org/tv/video-LWyvHCZCuik.html .,.,.,

    • Illya is such a great trainer, I’d kill for him to be my trainer! I’ve struggled with getting my weight back down since I graduated high school a few years ago. He makes me really wanna workout and better myself, what a great guy.

  • she’s literally so perfect before and after!!!! i love her sm.

  • Natalie before this transformation is me at the moment. Similar weights/shape, except I’m more unfit than her probably. I don’t know where to start, but I want to do this too. This is so inspiring for me, thank you!

    • start small if you don’t workout ever! like unweighted squats and lunges for example. make sure you watch videos to get form down. Then add on weight!

    • @Jayy that’s so exciting me too! I’ve got my plan and everything ahaha. Good luck

    • Same I'm starting tomorrow

  • I think the step back is super important. I think it’s great to have ambitious athletic goals but when you’re not a professional athlete, just seeing a fundamental change in your body and lifestyle is a challenge many will attempt and give up on or never even try. 6:39 mile is waaaay impressive! You rock Natalie! love these videos💚

  • This is so amazing and such a well thought out video. Natalie, you're inspiring and motivating and damn impressive!

  • Just seeing her improve her mile by almost 30 seconds from attempt one to attempt two makes me emotional....Im in awe!

  • “No one has ever weighted the way I look as being more valuable than who I am” thank you Natalie for including this!! ❤

    • Im sorry but ellya out did himself on this. He’s a great trainer & he’s so motivated. He’s a walking example. I love how he supported Natalie through this soooo much & motivated her to never stop. He’s so amazing . He deserves all the praise in the world

    • The people in her life didn’t value the way she looked over the value she is like her confidence, humor, dedication etc

    • not sure how it doesn’t make sense. Despite being a public figure (who got a ton of hate for gaining weight) she never felt pressure to look a certain way because her support system never made her feel like her physical features were more important than her inside qualities.

    • the quote doesnt really make sense lol

    • what does that mean

  • I’m currently the same weight that Nat started at and this is so motivating. I gained a ton of weight during Covid lockdowns and still haven’t gotten it off. Been stuck here for 2 years. This is so inspiring!!

  • It is so motivating to see someone with a body shape and motivation level and history of fitness that is so similar to mine making such a good change for themselves. I know I can do it too 💪

  • This is the motivation I need this year! Such a relatable video, made me feel so pumped to kick it in gear. Something I regretted was seeing IIya and Natalie a few weeks ago at Doughbriks and I didn’t say anything to her about how amazing she looked. When I saw her i immediately thought she looked so fit, her transition was amazing and I have never even seen her in person before. I wish I would’ve told her! Congratulations Natalie. This is amazing!

  • It would be cool, that for next time, we could also see the nutrition part of the journey, because i would like to get to know more about the alimentation and supplementation that is use during this process. Excelent job, keep it going.

  • Literally have goosebumps. This is amazing and gives me the motivation to not give up. Love seeing the support she had as well.

  • Just constructive criticism this documentary could have been a lot longer just showing a lot more in-depth of the whole process including her eating habits, more of her changes in her day to day life, her talking more about her struggles during the process, final scan was never showed which leads to believe that she didn’t achieve the body fat percentage but it could be more emphasized how much her body change and how that affected her life moving froward, some close friends and family could have given their comments on natalie journey as well (maybe her family would not be into it but her friends and boyfriend who are public figures could have definitely chimmed in) This could have been a docuseries because in the end it just felt like we were left with a lot of questions.

    • Yes! This is giving the impression that working out ALONE is an effective strategy for weight loss. This completely ignores nutrition, sleeping, stress factors, hormones, etc....For her to have lost 30 pounds she needed to be in a caloric deficit. Nutrition plays a BIG part in this. I can't imagine she created that deficit through running alone. I think her transformation looks amazing. I commend her for her hard work but I would be interesting to see her 1 year from now to see if she maintained this weight loss. What new eating habits and exercise habits has she implemented to keep this a permanent transformation?? So many questions left unanswered. What happens when she stops running/training like this?

    • There seems to be major gaps around science, routine, diet, etc. and I’m seeing people comment saying he’s running a business, they aren’t sharing bc they’ll be selling it. It’s almost seems like it’s not quite a documentary but more of an ad for the company As you mentioned, I agree and would have loved to see more insight into the entire process

    • They did show the final scan, at 22:55

    • You have to pay to see that. He is running business after all. Lol

    • They probably didn’t include that because she’s selling her food and workout plan

  • It’s harder for women to show any results im so fucking proud of Natalie and I honestly think she couldn’t of done it without her childhood friends because you still treated her like your best friend and was honest to her and if she tried to run away you were there to help her get back on track 😭❤

  • I just had a baby in November and this inspired me to keep at my workouts to lose the baby weight. I've been exercising for a month now without any changes on the scale. Refreshing to see the reality of healthy weight loss!

    • U got this! And congrats on the baby 🎉

  • Great job, Natalie! This inspires me to give even more effort to get to where I want to be..

  • I wish we could see more of the training process similar to Heath's or John's videos. As a female, I valued her insight but it was hard to follow the timeline of her training especially when it jumped weeks ahead and she looked very different. I really like your videos so far! Excited to see more!!

  • This is insanely inspiring. My wife and I decided 2023 was our year to get in shape. We were both in AMAZING shape when we got married, and have coasted for a decade. I look at Nat and I see my wife. If Nat can do it, so can she. Incredible stuff.

  • I’m sure a lot of us can relate to Natalie. It was so easy when we’re were in high school or college and played sports. Now we have careers where a lot of it is sitting behind a computer. We are so busy or stressed with life we forget to make ourselves the priority. 2023 is all about self love 💪🏼❤️

  • Literally watched this video 5 times now, such motivation! I love it. can't wait for the next one. These videos have really kick started me on a journey that I am loving and I am so really grateful to the Xeela team for sharing these stories and inspiring me to be a better me

  • i’m so proud of her. the thing i’m most emotional about in this is how good of a friendship they have and how much he truly cares about her.

  • Go Natalie! I’m on a fitness journey myself so this was so encouraging to watch.

  • I always thought she looked great but omg the pics at the end!? Like holy shit she pushed herself and didn’t give up. She looks even more great now!! Female bodies are harder to train and some people don’t get that. I feel inspired. Ilya, baby, you’re amazing 💙 #xeelainspired

  • I love that he is with her the whole journey. That support is EVERYTHING!! She looks so happy ❤

  • This motivated me so much I just did a one and a half hour workout after a 6 months break. This video just showed me how much I missed workout out and feeling healthy. Thank you guys for taking a woman. Natalie just motivated me so much I'm really proud of her

    • I relate. The last time I completed a workout was in august. This just gave me SERIOUS motivation

  • Whoa this was really inspiring!! She came so so far and even when she felt defeated she kept at it!

  • This is an amazingly shot video. I LOVE this! Congrats on your incredible journey. I think you looked awesome before you began your journey, but happiness and self-love art the most important things to aim for. You just proved that anyone can do it! Thanks for this video.

  • i would love to know more about her nutrition during the process.

  • "No one ever has weighted the way I look as being more valuable than who I am." - THAT part. I admire Natalie's confidence through all stages of the journey. You will only stay consistent if you come from a place of love for your body and not hate.

  • I weigh the exact same as she was at the beginning, this is so inspiring considering I started the same thing! I was falling off a bit but this got me feeling so good about myself. Such an inspiration ❤

  • I love this!!!! So so refreshing to see a positive fitness journey focused on health and not on dieting and quick weight loss hacks!!! Love that she did this for her and love love love that she felt good in her own skin regardless of what the scales said!!! Such a good role model and so rare to see in a public figure/influencer! Unreal!

  • This is so crazy to me bc she looks amaaaazing both ways! Lol I love her reasoning behind wanting to do this - HEALTH

  • Great video! It’s really motivational. I feel like there is a lot missing (cut content) before day 106. she lost a lot of weight and made a lot of progress. Wished to see that part of the transformation as well.

  • I was going to skip my work out again today... but I really want to do this too. Nice job Nat! You're an inspiration!

  • Actually crying. So incredibly proud of Natalie. I am at her starting position and I am so driven to reach my goals. I cant even imagine being 134 lbs but she did it and KICKED ASS! ❤️

  • I can’t tell you how motivating this video was for me… absolutely incredible job! You can see the mood lifters a simple workout can do for you never mind the weight loss… so so good! (Headed to the gym now, thank you!!!)

  • I decided to start my 2023 by choosing to be healthy and fit. I'm still far from the goal, but I'm definitely taking steps towards it. Last year was my rock bottom and I really want to make a change now, and it's a perfect opportunity to do that at the start of this year. This video is just inspiring and added spark to my fire. Thank you so much for this documentation.

  • Inspirational. Not about weight. About driving yourself to your goal.

  • Ilya you were so patient getting Natalie to her goals, what an amazing transformation!

  • The way Ilya is so dedicated and determined to get her fit and pushing her through every single milestone is what everyone getting started needs!

    • @Luis Hernandez` nah im a runner, she ran it

    • I need me a Ilya

    • Все ищут это видео: cs-tv.org/tv/video-LWyvHCZCuik.html .,.,.,

    • Don't get fooled, I respect all the weight she lost and the running she did. but any runner can tell you she did not run a 6:39 mile. it's disgusting to see a fitness company lie.

  • watching this actually pushed me to go for a run with my dog instead of driving to the dog park and doing nothing. thank you!

  • It’s really nice to see my pretty much exact body type and see how much it can change. My boyfriend is a competitive body builder and as soon as I’m done with college I want him to put me on a program and see what I can maintain for a healthier lifestyle

    • message me if you need anything! I weightlift and have managed to stay consistent for about 3 years now 😊

  • I could not be more proud to have the same name as this girl. This inspires me as a woman to keep going and never give up!! For me, it's tough to have that mindset sometimes. But watching these transformations makes it actual and possible!! Ilya you really are good at what you're doing and it truly shows in these videos!! Sending much love and really big hugs to you Natalie!! YOU DID IT GIRL!!! ❤💪

  • It’s so crazy and empowering how we could see her body change start to finish makes me feel it’s possible ❤

  • Ilya you’re such a lovely person! The way you try and keep good vibes throughout and constantly support her. Friends like that are hard to come by, you’re a top guy!

  • I wish we saw more of how her diet changed throughout this journey!

    • @HD people with chefs can't change their diets?

    • She probably has a chef………

    • Exactly especially because when it comes to losing weight it’s 80% diet and 20% exercise

    • They want ppl to buy her plan so I’m pretty sure that’s why they don’t really show exactly what she ate or did for each workout

  • this made me so emotional haha so proud of you natalie! youre glowing inside and out

  • This is so beautifully made. I would love to see more life changes like this. How inspiring. Also thank you for putting the playlist in the description killer playlist! ❤

  • As someone who recently decided to have a healthier lifestyle once again, I really needed to see a fellow female ex athlete that decided the same to motivate me. thanks Ilya- you’re doing it right. you’re awesome natalie

  • This video makes me so happy and makes me wanna do better 😢 I would like to get trained like this, versatile and fun

  • Most amazing thing. Natalie has always been a role model for me. She’s so poised and posh. I’ve always loved her temperament. I’m so glad she has amazing friends that supported her! 🎉🎉🎉

  • I hope they are documenting Susie’s journey, I can see from David’s sc that she is putting in work. You can already see the difference, proud of her.

    • hopefully she inspires jonah

    • The one I need bc she was definitely on the heavier side like me and I need motivation

    • Все ищут это видео: cs-tv.org/tv/video-LWyvHCZCuik.html .,.,.,

    • I’m so excited to see hers! I started my journey beginning of this month so when her video comes out I’m hoping I’ll be right there with her 💪

    • She said on Jasons podcast that she's on the program now

  • I like how raw this is. Of course she’s going to complain and it’s not gonna be easy but she stuck through it.

  • her running 8:33 mile in the beginning when she was out of shape was so impressive

  • This is so inspiring! Watching Natalie kill it makes me so much more motivated and I can’t wait finish the program and see where I’m at!

  • I cannot begin to express how inspirational this is. Thanks Natalie, Ilya and Alex.

  • Love how supportive her circle of friends are. I hope I can one day get such a supportive group of people cheering me on! Would mean the world to me! Great job Natalie and Xeela fitness!

  • I am so glad to see a girl not afraid to show her true vulnerable self

  • I just started in January after a 3 month break and plateau. My body is her body in the beginning but I'm taller. I'm a current kinesiology major, exercise fitness management and just trying to become what I'll preach. THIS WAS SO ENCOURAGING TO SEE. KEEP UP THE VIDEOS YOU ALL ARE GOING TO CHANGE LIVES!!!!

  • I would love to see more of the dietary changes women have had to make.

  • Not gonna lie this gave me some serious gym motivation. I go to the gym a couple days a week but I’ve lacked my cardio. I’m never gonna feel or look leaner if I don’t break my body essentially 😂

  • I love these! I wish y’all would talk more about the nutrition part of it too and how their diet is changing, what they are eating etc

  • Such a warrior. Natalie you are amazing!

  • BUT I would have to like to see more of Natalie’s diet & her day to day rather than things like beautiful hiking shots or even the soccer game for that matter! I want day to day inspiration & how to manage it all with a job & relationship & friends & socialising etc. I want to see her talk way way way more about her relationship with her body and food and fitness and looks and health before and after especially as someone who has been an inspiration for body positivity & neutrality! For me even though it’s a beautiful doc visually and maybe activity wise but fell extremely short true content wise! Please give us another episode regarding these things! And looking forward to these changes in Susie’s doc too! Kudos to Natalie! & also Ilya though!

    • Agggreee!!!

    • I totally agree with the diet and body relationship aspects. But something beautiful about the soccer and hiking inclusion was that ilya was emphasizing a active lifestyle, and not just exercising. The workout routines are arguably for short term goals but if ilya can teach an active lifestyle, that will be more sustainable and enjoyable for natalie.

    • They talked about some of it in his podcast Lightweights! E140😃

    • I agree, that would be cool to see. but this is promo for a workout program it’s not supposed to be that deep

  • Ilya, the dedication you have to make sure people around you have a healthy body and mindset is amazing. You the real MVP for believing in them !!!!

  • Natalie congrats on hitting such an amazing goal. I myself since November of last year have lost 25lbs. It’s hard work but I’m killing it and I know you’ll continue to do great things

  • Sooo proud of Natalie !! these type of journeys are difficult as it is and for her to have been so vulnerable and transparent as she was in front of a camera makes her that much stronger!! and don't even get me started on her gym fits and regular outfits which were all so cute and on point!!

  • Watching this I felt so emotional and inspired. Natalie is a super woman and everything really is mind over matter

  • I love how real Natalie was! She was so cranky on some of the parts and I feel that to my core 😂

  • i’m 24 and my mental health has been at an all time low ever since i was like 17. Ilya seems like an amazing human. this video motivated me with my depression. showing how good you can feel if you get moving. reminding Nat “look around you, you got a beach mountains palm trees, what is there to complain about?” I really wish I had a friend like him.

    • @RadShowtime If you were really paranoid about people watching you (even though your cognisant that they aren't & you know it's a personal self-esteem issue), how long do you think it would take on average to overcome the fear? Would obviously be different for everyone but if you had to put a timeframe on it, or maybe you have an anecdote of your own experience, what do you think it would be?

    • Gym is wonderful for depression. Get in there and do not worry what others think.

    • In Europe and America, a girl is born and does not know who her father is. She is raised in her mother's house and does not know her father.. Then you grow up to the age of 18, when you have two options: The first is to stay with her mother and share the rent payment with her. The second is to leave her mother and go to live at her friend's house. Of course, living in her boyfriend's house is not for free. But she will give him her whole body so that she can stay with him.. Then she passes from one friend to another until she gets married. In the end, the same scenario is repeated. Until she grows old, and then none of her children will be by her side. Its only place is a nursing home or a home for the elderly. As for Muslims: a girl is born.. Her father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, uncles and uncles rejoice in her. She grows up and grows up under the care of her father and mother. And when she is of marriageable age, he proposes to her young men. The father asks about the young man until he finds a suitable husband for her who will protect and take care of her. Then she gives birth to children, and the same scenario is repeated. Until she grows old and her children compete for her service and care... A philosopher comes to us and says that women in Islam are complex. And it has restrictions, and demands the freedom of women.. O retarded: does freedom mean to you that women be a toy that whomever of the men they want plays with them? Or to be the cause of the corruption of society instead of being the cause of its renaissance... Women’s rights are complete, God Almighty guaranteed them in Islam, as He made them a hidden pearl that only those who deserve it can take it.. He guaranteed her her dignity... her veil. Her chastity..and her jacket..and made her one of the reasons for the advancement of society by creating a religious generation with good morals.. 🤲 Oh God, protect our women, and the women of Muslims.. and protect our honor, and the symptoms of Muslims, O Rahman, O Merciful.. 🤲 O Allah, do not make us of those whose efforts have been lost in the life of this world while they think that they are doing well...
