Look into carnivore diet. You won't feel hungry, and it is way easier to stick to than any other diet i've tried.
Honestly if you feel hungry make sure it's a food with more protein than anything else. Protien is extremely filling and you won't believe it until you try it yourself. Also protein helps you build and repair muscle faster. I'm trying to lose weight myself. I believe in you❤
