You could probably get even more weight. Since ice also acts like a water bucket when you break it, and you can use 4 pieces of ice to get stronger ice(forgot the name), and use four of those stronger ice pieces to make blue ice, it shows that the blue ice has probably 8x more weight than a water bucket. If you fill those shulckers from the video with stacks of blue ice instead of water buckets, you could get even more weight that what camman18 originally said.If you want, you could also give a mule/donkey a full inventory of those as well, and ride it with your full inventory of shulckers, well, the weight is insane. edit: people in the comments are insane arguing about a game made of blocks
9 ice makes 1 packed ice and 9 packed ice makes blue ice so 81 times the weight of water bucket.
So Steve isn't the strongest video game character, because donkey can lift him with all that weight and even more stacks as well.

So if 1 ice block weighs the same as a water bucket, then a single block of packed ice is 14,985 billion pounds. Times that by 64 for the stacks, 37 for the maximum amount of shulkers on your person and the 27 inventory slots per shukler leads to Steve being able to carry 1.497 SEPTILLION POUNDS. Okay, so this is the math with ice: (just go to the bottom for the answer) One ice is the equivalent to one bucket of water. This means that there are 4 trillion pounds of water in A SINGLE BLOCK OF ICE. Craft 9 ice into one packed ice, that means in every packed ice there are 36 TRILLION POUNDS OF WATER. Now, if 9 packed ice makes 1 blue ice, this means that there are 324 TRILLION POUNDS OF WATER IN A SINGLE BLUE ICE. So, if 324 trillion pounds of water are in a single blue ice, a stack of blue ice will hold roughly 20,736,000,000,000,000 pounds of water or 20 QUADRILLION POUNDS OF WATER. Multiply that by 27 for 27 shulker box slots and you get (intense mathing) 559.87 QUADRILLION POUNDS IN A SINGLE SHULKER BOX. We can go even further. By using commands to put 64 of these shulker boxes in a single bundle, you get 35 QUINTILLION POUNDS IN A SINGLE BUNDLE. Multiply by 37 for 36 inventory slots and your offhand. Jesus Christ, he's strong. edit: okay here is more sums Grab the 35 quintillion pound bundle and take out all of the shulker boxes. Get a chest, fill it with the 559.87 qd pound shulkers. 27 per chest. So, this chest would weigh 15 QUINTILLION POUNDS. Take the NBT data of the chest, put 64 of them in a bundle and then you get a bundle that weighs 960 QUINTILLION POUNDS! Now, get 27 of these bundles and place them in an ender chest. That ender chest will weigh 25 sextillion pounds. Now, technically, if you get 2368 (because 2368 items fit into your inventory) of these ender chests and fill your inventory, since EACH CHEST technically contains 27 of the bundles, Steve can carry about 59 SEPTILLION POUNDS. edit 2: oops i forgot about ender chests in shulker boxes So, put 27 of these ender chests in a shulker box. That shulker box will weigh 675 sextillion pounds. To another extent, you can stuff 64 water buckets in 1 bundle, and then stuff the limit of these bucket bundles into shulker boxes, filling your inventory with the boxes. Then, you're lifting 64x (correct me if im wrong) water buckets, plus the extra bundle's weight. Plus, you could replace the water with lava to increase the weight Steve can hold
Lava doesn't cover as much space as water. It might be heavier in blocks, but a water bucket is still heavier.

The actual heaviest item is the lava bucket when they were added. Back then the lava block didn't have current physics meaning it could theoretically holding an infinite ammount of lava, making it the heaviest block

Which means that water is either super dense, or a non nuetonium fluid, which is still more dense that water by quite a bit, meaning he can carry way more than 4 quadrillion pounds while swimming, jumping, running, literally killing a dragon, all without a drop of sweat from weight
