What I found ironic is how some people in the media were whining that Coach Prime was tough on these kids by telling them the truth. That for some they will be replaced by other who can do their job better. These are some of the same people who will often say we have become to sensitive.

As long as Coach Prime is coaching in Boulder, I'm pulling for the Buffs outside of the LoneStar State. Second to only my Longhorns. Colorado University I have a message for you. PAY THE MAN WHAT YOU SAID YOU WOULD. IDGAF how you going to do it, but a deal is A DEAL. He will have the Buffs in the tournament within 3yrs, GOD Permitting. Coach Deion Sanders is a man of his word, he's square biz and shoots it straight with no chaser.

Lord I love this man. His truth alone should inspire all to dig deeper to be our best selves @ all times ( even in despair ) , Enabling the future generations to move righteously , effectively & purposely FORWARD is a blessing , He has shared with those enlightened enough to receive this gift and those who didn't.   They will stay if they can play. Everyone is missing the message. Colleges do this all the time. That's why the transfer portal is so active. Look what happened with Jaken and Tua at Alabama. Change is inevitable .

  So would it be better for him to accept the current team members mediocre and complacent behaviors and attitude? He was hired to change the culture within their football program and for many of these guys they need this kind of fire set underneath them. A scholarship is something that needs to continually be earned by the person it's been granted to.

  The fact that they listened to him was respect. Respect is earned and many of these guys have heard about his legacy but are just now meeting this man. I guarantee that before it's all over, said and done they will show him more respect than they did when they first met him. He's got to prove himself to them and they have to prove themselves to him. Give it time and watch what God enables Deion to do.
