Steph was also getting hammered on so many shots without calls tonight. He was frustrated building up to his outburst. Team came through for the win. That's what counts.
@Joni J yes by saying it all about. Winning that not what winning is keep pis to yourself.
Pls, he is human and he wasn't right for this one, but he always owns it
Frustrated doesn't mean throw your mouth piece he a grown man
Kris is tan because she is from Mexico
Bruh, the refs are on some bs considering how much contact Steph is taking.
Well Done Stephen Curry on scoring 21.000 Career Points for your career great achievement and milestone except getting tossed out by throwing the mouthpiece away for automatic ejection and finishing the game with 34 Points and 4 Three Pointers in the game as well .
Glad I decided to go to the game today! The way the game was going (and the fouls called), I was really surprised (and sort of proud) of the crowd’s energy today. That last ejection really warrants the “refs you suck” chant that we’ve been holding back all game! Definitely gotta come back for another game in 2023! Dubs play like this, and we have a good chance in the post-season!
We always have a good chance in the postseason
Clown
@dave g mad
Clown
@dave g have u watched the warriors ever my guy they start slow every single game😂😂. SO WHAT ARE U TALKING ABOUT??
I was at chase center when this happened and the whole crowd was shook when he got ejected
@Zydor thanks I didn't understand it
@iZsn4Ti yeah it wasn't I didn't get it I'm not a native
great generation
Anyone who goes to see a Warriors game is WOKE.
Damn I was there too
Thank you Steph for your courage and strength- you are the GOAT 👍🏼
GOAT, pls.....until he can become a two way player, don't think so. He is not in stratosphere yet of MJ or LBJ, but all time best shooter.
Goat shooter that’s it 🤣
Going thru some adversity as a team during the season is a good thing it’ll get everything ready for the play off run . Dante is a good pick up fit team chemistry like a glove .
Dante is a pretty decent replacement for GPII, less of a defensive stopper, but a scrapper and more engaged in the offense, better shooter than GP... he hustles and gets after it- good rebounder too.
Yeah man Dante defense is pretty damn good imo
Steph needed that. As a leader, he can’t go Buddha on his team all the time, needs to show hulk every once in a while
@ubon wang a win is a win. Relax. Plus, Jordan keeps f'n up. It was justified.
What? Embarrass your teammate and got yourself ejected? That not a smart thing to do
Hulk and Curry in the same sentence? Hahaha
I knew Poole was gone win it for them after that ejection. Those are one of those moments in life you can damn near call out. I’ve never seen a player ejected at the end of a game because they didn’t like what a teammate did, think if LeBron did that after JR lol. Learning lesson.
@demier1000 dragged it
@Pat Wilder for everybody.
Learning lesson? For steph curry? 🤔
@Jay u wanted lebron to kill bro on the court or something💀
Bron is a bad example cause he ain’t do nun but look at JR. Curry throwing his mouth guard is a tech but if it ain’t hit no one he shouldn’t be ejected.
Steph - did not throw Poole under the bus, took responsibility for T, always team first, totally invested in winning = LOVE STEPH
Curry looking much younger still in his prime 😊
🤣
The shot wasn't that bad only problem with that shot is that Stephen was there so he could have passed it to him, it was 12 seconds on the shot clock but over a minute left in the game no one have to wait till the clock ready to expire to take a shot. The lead wasn't big enough to hold onto the ball, but poole should have given it to the best shooter in that moment
@Martin Jones Why? Steph played hero ball and lost many games this season because of that. Klay shoot many dumb shots and Steph didn't say a word. That why no team Chemistry because the old core think they have to be above others, not about winning.
@Martin Jones and it would help if Steph don't try and show up their second option and get himself rightfully ejected and I firmly believe they don't care and that shows because nobody in the press conference said anything about his shot especially because they were already up and ultimately he won them the game. The only person who made a mistake was as Steph unfortunately.
@Corey Gilmore You are confused about the Warriors- they encourage pace, creativity, accept quick shots, but it also fits within a system, a context, and can also be situational, especially at the end of the game. Poole is a scorer, the Warriors need him to be a scorer, he will get his shots up, but this is not about getting shots up, it's about half a season's worth of poor execution at the end of games. That is something they can't afford not to care about from here on out. (But it would also help if Steph would stop throwing lazy, behind the back/and or one-handed gifts to the opponent regularly during the earlier parts of games...)
@Martin Jones they give him 17 shots a game they don't care.
@Corey Gilmore When the game is on the line and the player shooting from 30ft out without even looking your way has a much worse 3-pt % than you, worse than Draymond Green actually, and you are the team leader/All-Star/Hall-Of-Famer, MVP of everything, and the best 3-point shooter ever, that mouthpiece could get a little sour. Houston Rockets is where young players can go to shoot whenever and nobody cares.
Glad Kaminga have step up playing time. Hope other will get their chance too.
Those 2 dunks and the tip in were off the hook
Let’s get it 👏👏👏Stephen Curry #30 amazing great shooter three point and always excitement to watching the game
That JP shot was dumb af in that situation. I can understand why curry lost it! And it's good this all happened so Jordan will be smarter going forward.
“It’s like one of them to soon jokes”😂
Yes Sir, Stephen!!😘💜 Wowww, every day you step foot on the floor you make history. Congrats on the huge milestone of amassing over 21,000 pts, and hittin' 34 pts last night GOAT!!🤩 If I had a mouthpiece I'd toss it too in solidarity with You, cause I totally get your frustration, enough of Losing!! I'm so LOVING your haircut, Handsome.🥰
Ah hell nah
deng.. Response of a true leader he took responsibility for what happened instead of just putting someone under the bus.
Steph is a competitor what you see tonight is him . The guy simply wants to win . Everybody in the building knows it was a bad shot from Poole and Steph reacted specifically he knew how important every shot was at that point of the game.
@ubon wang totally agree But for that moment that much shot clock I think it was right to burn some clock and take a good shot.
Bad shot that Steph and Klay shoot the same kind of shots (far and early in clock) many times.
Steph is my guy but stuff like this is the reason their season has went the way it has. There’s obviously something wrong with the chemistry of this team, not sure if it’s the older guys wanting the younger guys to know their roles and stay in their place and the young guys feeling like it’s their time, but something is off.
It's not manly to wear any sports jersey with another man's name on it. It's like you wear their ring on a chain around your neck, too. Goin' Steady.
After Dray hit Poole...showed the world something is going on.
Steph is human ❤️🛸👽
Then he should of said he human not make excuses to win throwing a.mouth piece uh
Naw humans can't shoot a basketball like that Lol
And he's back in human analytics match with his superhuman capabilities and alien type game play match with God like abilities hmmmm 🧐🤔😁 now he's been grounded at a point of his next level legendary rise see he legendary status but what he has done at that status has yet to be completed time will tell and the universe always falls I'm his and his comrades hands God blessings I'm from Oakland CA they move right across from literally just cross the bridge hit the exit you there Frisco/Oakland Bay area love
The problem is... if you take that kind of shot if you are JP you need to make sure you make that shot. Really bad basketball IQ on his part but he made up for it . Growing pains lol
Jordan must know his role at crucial time, almost lose the game on turnovers.
@ubon wang Nah, I watch all of them- the only one I missed was the last Cavs game, unfortunately. I missed a good one from JP, Kuminga's return, and a sweet, somewhat unexpected road win. Steph only had 3 assists because he was passing to Poole! Just kidding. I like Poole, but I ride all of them. Steph made some terrible, weak-ass gift passes- he's done that shit his whole career. Draymond too, over-passing and passing up lay-ups, etc. But those guys have earned the right to do what they do. As a developing talent, I think Poole's shooting himself and the team in the foot, getting caught up in things that are outside of winning. I think/hope he'll adjust towards the team-first. Maybe even play a little D... I'm happy he's a Warrior. Example- You understand what a "lost-ball" turnover is? Jordan Poole has 52 so far this year. Next on the team is Steph, at 17. You have to combine the next five highest totals (Steph + Kuminga + Klay + Wiggins + JaMychal) to get higher than 52. *Draymond only has 7. He has team-high 73 "bad-pass" turnovers, JPoole has 68 of those too.
This game, Steph 3 assists and 3 turnovers, Poole 7 assists and 3 turnovers. Obviously, you made comments without watching the game. Just hating.
@Martin Jones kg and Paul pierce were talking to each other about how the year after a championship; the young guys come back the next year feeling themselves. This could explain the draymond incident, as well as this one. The warriors success has been predicated on team success, make the extra pass. Hey I’m open.. but that guy over there is wide open type shit. I have a feeling Poole has done things in practice that led up to Steph’s anger in that moment.
@fabbzl zeilbehr 100% Total luck that JP fumbled it to a spot Klay could get to and shoot a rhythm three- JP lost control of that pass.
Sir Curry well said bro 😄 unlike you Steph 🤣 but things happen...your Just a hearted player 🙂 played well like usual bro ....👍🎇🎇🎇🏆🏆🏆🏆🎉🎉✅😊
I love Steph go dubs 💛💙
Stephen admits his mistake. Humility is cool 😎
JP needs to work on recognition and trusting his team. The two greatest shooters ever were setup and wide open for threes. He launches one without running a play. man he got to slow down and think.
@ubon wang Bro, nobody is going to dare JPoole to shoot it by leaving him wide open. He has to make the shots he takes. But he's hitting sub-Draymond pct. at the moment. Steph and Klay take "bad" shots all the time, but they hit 40% plus. Ima put it to you this way- where JPoole and Steph are sitting for this season, as of today: for JPoole to catch up to Steph's current 3pt% (42.0%) he would have to make his next 67 three's in a row. for Steph to ummm... "catch" JPoole's current 3pt% (32.1%) he would have to miss his next 118 threes in a row. Game on the line, they're both open from 30 feet, who do you want shooting that shot?
@Martin Jones Draymond always wide open for 3, they dare him to shoot 3, give that Poole regularly, he will have 50%fg from 3
And truth is JP's 3pt% is worse than Draymond's even for the season.
This just goes to show you how hard repeating is, let alone the 3 peat. This is why Jordan is still the Goat. The 3 Peat is a nigh impossible feat, in order to be considered at that level you need the 3Peat. And yes, even a 2-Peat is mentally devastating, let alone the 3Peat. Jordan had to retire after the first 3Peat because that's the toll it took on him.
Like what Steph said the 2016 throwing mouthguard I can understand that call but the other call it didn’t hit nobody or flew to the stands
Like I always said, don’t ever throw your mouthpiece against the referee. 🇵🇭
respect for curry
Lmao Steph keep throwing that at fans 😂
Steph needs to get his calmness back. He's not the same without it.
Go Dubs ❤️ 😍
One thing this man knows about is clutch 4th quarter turnovers.
Everyone who has ever succeeded knows the sting of failure! They go hand in hand!
Jordan Poole might be the first NBA player.to.get punched out by two different teammates in the same season 🤦🏿♂️.
Anthony Rajaofera Steph has lot of turnovers himself and also has issue with shot selections that why he could not close the games with Hornets, Boston and Nets. Don't just blame JP
😭😭
I for for him bless him his young and these old man have no pateince
LOL!
DONT WORRY CURRY WE LOVE U MAN ❤ YOUR MY INSPIRATION WARRIORS I AVERAGE 16 PPG IM COMING TO THE GAME WHERE ON MARCH 17TH YALL FACE THE HAWKS CAN I PLEASE MEET U STEPH WHEN I GO AND THE WARRIORS PLEASE 🙏
steph curry always on god mode :* :)
I love Stephen Curry
His the only star that cant get a and 1 call and foul all the time :(
"Dented the floor to hard" 😀
I love you so much Steph!
But Poole fixed it. 💯
No doubt about it
Refs been against the Warriors since 2018 you can even check by looking up the stats most personal fouls by NBA TEAM 2018-2022
Steph is really a very good leader...
#LetsGetIt #BackToBack #Championships #Win 🏆 @GoldenStateWarriors ☝️😤👉 #WeTheOnes And Rest Are The 2's !
JP is the man!
Still curry!☝️❤
It really was a too soon joke 😂😂
Question? was Step mad because they were ahead by 2 with 1:20 left on the clock and Jordan took the shot with 12 seconds left on the 24 seconds clock, should Jorden took some time off with a close game or Step wanted the shot?
both
You should know by now how selfless Steph is. He just wanted to use the time to find a great shot and extend the lead. A great shot better than the
SC30 THE REAL MVP & GOAT💪👊💪
Congratulations 👏💪
Curry commits at leasat one lazy pass turnover every game. Needs to take responsibility for that.
Steph is human
Anyone else think it was child-like bad behavior for Curry to throw his mouthpiece like that because he was upset Poole took that unadvised 3 pt shot? It's like a baby taking out it's pacifier and hurling to the ground cause it got veggies instead of candy for din din. 😁
Congratulations on winning
JP redeems himself and a dub is a dub.........
Well done interview. I mean Poole needs to know his place. Hate it when the young guns don’t show respect.
@Miguel facts isn't arguing I said good day good evening and goodnight
@Markus Reynolds hahaha very persistent. Really not a fan of Poole, and really not in the mood to debate/argue.
@Miguel Curry 44 million for 4 years at 24.. so numbers don't lie good day
Agree to disagree sir. You got your opinion on it and I have mine. I respect yours please respect mine. 🍻
@Miguel monte ellis was the star of the team when curry got there.. Didn't say his career is better now that didn't come out in my speech.. But Ellis was getting mad how they was letting him shot 3s and not the star and wasn't making them.. And for poole defense his stats at the age of 23 isn't that far behind curry at that age maybe 6pts less and percentage wise almost the same in fg%.. 123 million is nothing for four years... Don't hate the man because he has confidence the problems not him it's Green ,he should've been on the trading block
That's my guy! I love throwing stuff when im frustrated lol not heavy things people, like chips or pieces of gum haha
If Poole made that shot, this would not even be an issue. JP should be a starter but I think he would be better respected on a team that can use him better. Lakers can use his talents. Imagine Lebron, Davis and Poole. 💯🥇
Let's goo Steph
Keep your cool next time man. Warriors need you playing in a very tight match up. Good thing your teammates came together and took the game.
Stephs gonna have to crazy glue that mouth guard to his gums before the game...😃😁😃😁😃😁😆😆😆
Damn right Steph!
I liked how Poole came back at Curry after game throwing his mouth piece out winning made that fun
" all the narratives there " Exactly. Media trying to force this false narratives in the Media about it being a rivalry . That it's clearly not. It's annoying
Good stuff!
Spreading COVID-19 IS just what the NBA is not watching with players attitude
Is it me.are do he look like young Steph again from Davis years this moment made us win another championship him realizing his importance and a clutch moment him realizing also what if I eliminate more mistakes that now is him really realizing with maturity now veteran knowledge this comes the understanding especially in this moment and this situation tonight was one of many big great nights Chef🏆🏆🏆🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 watch ⌚ Steph time #SplashBrosPoolParties
Poole earning his cheese 🔥💰
Rule 1. Give Steph the ball. Rule2. Refer to Rule 1.
Steph got himself ejected for what? Mad at JP for hitting the shot that Steph and Klay did the same many times which sometimes cost us games. Double standards at best
Don't worry you only show's your emotions our Stephen curry 💜💜💜
Shows how much he wants to win!! But next time pls only punch the air we need u especially in crunch time
Refs too soft these days. Ejected for theowing mouthpiece straight to the floor. They traet that as if Curry punched someone in nuts
Ima have a sign that says Currys biggest fan
Reading off a piece of paper tells story, nuff said! Carry yourself respectfully regardless because the officials are in control & you have no power there. Kids idolize you & your not the team y’all were half dozen + years ago (that’s 6-8) accept it
Steph talks about the details being important in the 4th quarter but then goes and throws his mouthpiece. He has to control his emotions in those final minutes. He can't be doing stupid things like that.
Bro don't talk shit without reasoning, he is playing a game with passion and that was just emotion display
Man’s played 14 years at the highest level of basketball that can be played and he’s reacted like this twice. And nobody else in the league is getting ejected over that. Look at Embiid last night too. Did the suck it motion to the crowd and the ref looked away. Just think about it. Curry was getting hammered all night getting no calls. Doing everything he could to win without relying on free throws, unlike every other big name in the league. This isn’t a game to them. It’s literally their job to win
@Reality Matters True. But my point is that he said that the details matter in the 4th quarter. I am using his own words. You can't throw your mouthpiece like that in the final minutes. Notice he didn't even apologize for doing so. JP probably had adrenaline running through him and decided to shoot. You have to calm down in those situations.
You must understand as a competitor he was frustrated that the details wasn't important to everyone at the moment and that's why he threw his mouthpiece you don't just control your emotions like a light switch sometimes you are human is easy to look at after the fact but once you in a heated moment you know adrenaline
Curry 🐐
Sorry but we almost lost the game because of that stunt Steph. You are the team leader and veteran player to know what the consiquences are. You should apologize to your teamates.
Its' one of those too soon jokes 🤣
I like this white dude. Honest, responsible, good man.
He anit white lol
I too was confused when Poole shot that deep 3 w/ 12 seconds left.. Young man error. Great win tho Warriors. Now go get KD. 🧐
Poole made up for that bad move he made to me game 🌎 I'll take it
That was a dumb ass shot from Jordan Poole. I was yelling at the TV. This game could have easily ended up different. Also the ejection of Steph was disgraceful. He didn't aim his mouth guard at anyone. There is so much passion and fire that these guys play with and the players aren't allowed to express frustration from time to time? They really need to reevaluate some of the rules. Great win for the Warriors but I don't think they have what it takes to win this year. They need to fill some holes in their squad, improve their defense and get some size and depth. If Steph isn't there or has an off game they crumble
@Amber Bryant yep
@Jay Murthy Yet their record 24 and 24 and they have won games without him.
@Amber Bryant look at their record when he was out with his shoulder injury. "Entering Wednesday night, the Warriors had outscored teams by 151 points with Curry on the court this season and had been outscored by 127 points when he’s off the court.
They have crumbled with him playing. So hush.
He knows they got him for that before, you can't throw your mouth piece 🤡🤷🏽♂️🙆🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️
The refs be tweakin this season.
@Dallin Ferguson ok
@FearingTheFear thats stephs fault that he cant control his emotions at the end
@carlo X He threw it at the ground, and while I can see it calling for a technical (sort of), it shouldn't call for two. Especially not in a clutch moment like that.
@carlo X I see you trolls are very active today. Lemme guess, the Earth is flat, too? 🤡
The ref is right
Golden state gonna start winning alot
Love u curry
Yo NBA Steph is half the reason people watch today basketball so NBA get your referees the right calls.
I love Golden State Warriors
This isn't over with them two .. warriors looking suspect this year..
Stop. Dubs = 2023 Champs
💯🎖️ 🏀
that ref should be castigated..it is not fair....shameful decision...
I would of been tight too that stupid ass shot he made it up at the end doe😮💨
Poole did sell with that shot
You did well bruh
Curry look's young at that haircut
Bro so professional
He’s so proud and arrogant and entitled, he deserved his ego checked every once n a while
All good Steph
I understand chef I understand
